We recently hired Bob and his team to replace a guest bathroom tub and shower wall with a full tiled shower and sliding glass doors. We were very pleased with Bob's constant communication via text message and the friendliness of his crew, which was here for several days, making friends with our dogs. We were also pleasantly surprised when the total dollar amount of the job and the timeline were exactly what he estimated. They were also very flexible in accommodating our preferences for the design. The only negatives were lack of warning before coating the bathroom with dust and some pushback about hauling away the old tub. Overall the shower looks beautiful, Bob was very nice, and his crew did a great job!

Michael did a great job for me on a condo that I own.    The tenants had several things ( sun setter shade installation, install new bathroom light and inspect a sliding glass door) they wanted done and very happy with the quick work execution by Michael.   He was very reasonably priced for the work and was engaged with me leading up to the job to ask for pictures and pertinent information on the work planned.   I was concerned initially about finding someone who could tackle the variety of jobs but Michael came through.    Highly recommend him.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

We had horrible layer of wax on our travertine floor. It was really difficult to get remove and it was making our floor look like it was damaged beyond repair. Alex and Carlos were a pleasure to work with and they expertly removed the wax and polished our travertine floor. Now we have a glossy, shiny floor and that made the interior of our house look 10x newer! Super happy!

After researching a few contractors, I chose Golden Bear contracting to do our 3 bathroom remodels. I could not have been happier with my choice. Mike did an outstanding job. He put in new countertops, sinks, faucets, flooring, mirrors, tile, reconfigured our shower, enclosed our tub, painted, etc. He was so easy to talk to, was always available to answer my many questions, such a hard worker, very responsible, and reliable. I could not be more enthusiastic about my recommendation of Dion and his crew. I hired Dion to renovate a bonus room of the brand new house we just moved into. Dion came same day to give me an estimate and had the most reasonable pricing. He started the very next day, on time and explained everything that would be done. On the second day of work with the project set to complete the next day, the universe threw a giant wrench in the works. Heavy monsoon rains revealed multiple flooding, drainage and plumbing issues. What started out as a simple, one room change quickly turned into a whole house renovation! Dion assured me he could help resolve it all. He revised his quotes and discussed how to fix each problem. For the plumbing, his estimate was more reasonable than the plumbing company I had already used! And Dion's price included fixing drywall and floors, which the plumbing company could not do. He worked with me to get all the major issues repaired. He and his crew were always flexible about changes and there were absolutely no surprise costs. He communicated through the entire process with texts and pictures so that I could make decisions quickly and keep the project on the timeline. The house looks amazing and there are zero water issues!!!

My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. They gave us a fantastic quote,  we were ready to book, and then they took it upon themselves to find dangerous problems with our home's electrical wiring. We booked immediately.
Our paint job had difficult time frames and they had to work around a plumber, and they did so with zero issue. They fixed all the dangerous problems with our home and did a fantastic, quick paint job for a great price.
Now, whenever we want to make significant changes to the home we will call Global Elite.

DJ and his team did an amazing job putting in new floor trim throughout our house! It made such a dramatic change to the flooring. He contacted us right away with a quote, had all the appropriate paperwork, communicated updates, and cleaned up after each day. We definitely would recommend DJ!

Blue Dot installed our pool 2 years ago.  We have been VERY happy with everything.

First contact - I have a good friend who owns a pool building business but was in the process of moving to another state.  I contacted my friend to ask him to build the pool but due to his circumstances he couldn't do it in the time frame we wanted (signed contract late June, finish before end of summer) because he wouldn't be in town for the summer. I asked who I should talk to and he gave me James' contact info and said he's the best builder in the valley.

The entire process with Blue Dot was great. We went through the design and ordering process in June. Selected colors and materials. We changed many things along the way, but James and the others at Blue Dot always took care of us.  After a lot of changes we signed the final plan in late June.

They started the build process quickly - so soon that I'm sure they had crews scheduled even before we finalized the plan. Kept us informed when crews were coming (and due to our rush they were early most of the time). The entire build process was great!!! I especially appreciated the fact that James was very direct in pointing out where I could do some of the smaller jobs myself and save money (like safety locks on the doors and fence, etc.). He was more than happy to keep me involved in the build. Blue Dot finished the pool just like we wanted and the kids were swimming end of August.  

Then, just when you'd expect a builder to disappear and move onto the next job ... things got better.  James came over the day the pool finished filling and spent 2  1/2 hours giving me a private pool school training.  He went over the equipment, showed me how to test the water, gave details about why I needed to do all the things he was teaching me.  This is the first pool we've had and I learned so much that neighbors and family contact me to ask pool questions. Of course I didn't remember everything .... but James and I emailed back and forth daily for the first 40 days (at his request) for me to send him the numbers and James to coach me on what to do to keep the water clean and clear.  

Then, a year later we started noticing cracks in the deck.  One email to James and his crew was there a few days later to patch and fix the deck.

Then, two years later (a few days ago) I thought I had some equipment problems that I'd need to pay James to come fix.  I took a video of what I was seeing in my equipment and emailed it to Blue Dot.  James called me on Saturday mornning and explained what I was doing wrong (I'm sure he told me about it in my private pool school and I forgot) but he was the consumate teacher and described how to fix it and why it needed to be set a specific way.

So - call Blue Dot for your pool.  We are very glad we did.

Incidentally, our friend who built pools has been by several times to visit. He agrees that the pool is awesome.

Absolutely recommend this company! We had some water damage to our kitchen ceiling and needed new drywall, insulation, paint and fixtures put back up. A crew of two were available to come out a couple days after our request was made and they finished in a day and a half! Great communication all the way through and everything was covered and protected. After dealing with a handful of different companies doing work since owning our home, this was one of the best experiences we've had! We will definitely use them in the future for any other projects we have.
