A true pleasure to work with, Bob and the team came out quickly, quoted competitively, and most important, performed great work. They kept me informed from start to finish, so I knew exactly what was going on through each phase of the project. The quality and professionalism is second to none. This was no small job, as it included severe damage to first and second floor balconies, stucco, large wooden beams, spiral staircase, flooring and wood rot. They came through for my family and I to get my home back to 100%. Bob and VETSBuilt will be the only home remodel/renovation contractor I use. I sincerely recommend this company. Needed a quick job done so I could schedule a city inspection. Michael responded right away, and came on time the next day. He made the repairs that I requested, and another on his own for no additional charge. All in all, a great experience, and I recommend Michael's Construction for drywall repair. I now have another source for handyman work in Scottsdale. Thanks Michael.

One other thing: some contractors would not have responded because the job was pretty small, so I commend Michael for quoting a fair price and giving great value.

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

We initially found Solid Home Renovations on Yelp for a full home renovation including knocking down walls & installing beams, raising ceilings, leveling floors, new kitchen, bath, flooring throughout and more! Boy did we get lucky! After the initial meeting, Danny won us over with his personality, knowledge and organization in planning for the reno. We knew immediately after he left that he would be the best fit. Since the job was so big, we did move out during most of the renovation, but Danny made sure we were informed daily on everything that was going on in the house, texting pictures & answering any questions we had. He efficiently updated our more than fair quote to reflect our changes/add-ons throughout the entire process. Time-wise, his team finished the job in 6 weeks as he forecasted. The guys cleaned up after themselves daily, I have never seen a cleaner worksite! The attention to detail when installing fixtures, floating shelves, painting, trim, etc was superb. !
We absolutely love everything that Solid Home Renovations provided. They're hands down the most professional & hard working team we've experienced. Danny truly takes pride in everything he & his team do. Thank you for everything guys!

Alex from Gordon Enterprises answered me first and within 30 mins.
He came to my home assesses the situation and said he'd have an estimate in a few days.
I received the estimate and was most pleased.
May I add that Alex is so friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything that would be done and the time frame.
Today is the finished product.
Excellent job. Done right on schedule.
Professional workers and great work.

My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. They gave us a fantastic quote,  we were ready to book, and then they took it upon themselves to find dangerous problems with our home's electrical wiring. We booked immediately.
Our paint job had difficult time frames and they had to work around a plumber, and they did so with zero issue. They fixed all the dangerous problems with our home and did a fantastic, quick paint job for a great price.
Now, whenever we want to make significant changes to the home we will call Global Elite.

I was very impressed with the COVID precautions taken durning my project. Everyone that entered my home had mask on and was very kind and courteous Dion address all of my questions before and during the process.  I am very please with the French door installation, the slabs of concrete to extend my patio, installation and wiring for a ceiling fan, along with removing a wall in my kitchen.  I definitely look forward to working with D&D construction again when I am ready to do my bathrooms.  Remodeling can be stressful especially during these times I am thankful that D&D construction was able to make me feel safe and gave me piece of mind during the entire process

When we hired this family-owned company by the owner, Alex Suarez, he showed his portfolio shows which were very impressive! We chose to recruit him and his crew to begin work with us in our master bathroom. He confirmed an appointment immediately and the next few days to launch working with us. Once they arrived here time, they had their own tools and equipment. They were very organized, good preparations, and knew what to do with the procedures from scratch to end. They showed very positive attitude, friendly, hard operating as a team. While they installed our own tiles, they made sure that we were satisfied with their performance. We are in love with this modern tile floor in the bathroom. They are quite talented and knowledge. Very details! They can do almost anything like shower tub, floor, tile wall, and so forth on. We saw their beautiful work from the previous clients on INSTAGRAM. We highly urge you to hire this company. You won't disappoint you take the decision.

Strangely, my wife's review was in the non-recommended area.  In any case, I've posted our bathroom photos, the workmanship speaks for itself.  

Mike and his partner did all the tile work, plumbing, electrical and some touchup painting themselves, no subcontractors - with the exception of the glass shower wall/doors, which everyone subcontracts.  Overall, we are VERY pleased with the outcome.

They were on time every single day and completed the project in just under the estimated time of two weeks.  Would have finished even sooner, had the shower door people not needed about a week and a half after measuring (pretty standard - we had a different contractor do our other bathroom and it was a two week wait as well).  
As said, a great job and we plan to call him about our kitchen, hopefully late this year, finances permitting.

Dave and Mario recently completed a project for me, adding an exterior door to a room so I could have a home office.  They worked incredibly hard and completed it beautifully in a short time.  They are reliable and skilled.  Reliable, reliable, reliable!  Very important in an industry that is unfortunately not always to be depended upon.  I hired them on a recommendation from a family member who used their services a couple years ago and was very satisfied.  I would easily recommend them and would use them again.  Good job guys!

Travis, his dad Mike, and his crew are amazing. Last year, they extended our patio and we had them come back to pour a new garage floor. They completed the entire process, adhering to our plans. We passed the county's inspection on the first try. Definitely recommend this company!

I needed walls and floors replaced from an old roof leak.  He was also skilled to handle a hidden water leak in the laundry room.  

Come to find out, George is more than just a handy man.  He's a professional contractor with lots of experience building houses.  

Extremely impressive with how quick George responded to my request.  George is assertive, responsive, friendly, and knows what he is doing.  He is accommodating and helpful.   He also helped me move some items in my house.  Just an overall great and trustworthy guy.

Worker's were not on time and didn't even speak English! They looked at me like I was in a foreign country!

Erika did an amazing job planning out and executing on our kitchen remodel. Unlike most contractors I've worked with she underpromises and over delivers. She's honest and thorough. I couldn't be happier with the work her crew has done and her consistent and direct communication.

I can't say enough good things about Vlad and his crew. Vlad responded to my request the first day and quoted me a fair price. They were all very, very nice people who knew what they were doing and they worked so well together, my job was completed in one day and they helped me get my furniture back in place, too, so my house was back in order before I went to bed. They were friendly and professional and a pleasure to have working in the house all day. Vlad sent me an email the following day making sure I was happy with their work (I am).  Who does that anymore?   I guarantee you will be very happy with this company.

Despite all of our efforts to double-check and triple-check our measurements, our new refrigerator was, literally, less than 1/8-inch too tall for our current kitchen cabinet enclosure space. Most contractors wouldn't help us because the job was too small. Ellen jumped in to help us out. The father/son team she engaged was at our house on time (yes, when was the last time a contractor actually showed up on time??).

They jumped right into the problem and were done adjusting the upper cabinet height in no time flat. They did a great job with no complaints or do-overs. In this day 'n age of mediocre inept contractors, this was an incredibly pleasant change from the norm.

Needless to say, White Builder has my vote and I definitely will be referring my friends and neighbors to them.

Needed 3 bathrooms renovated. These guys got good reviews, thought anyone with military background would at least be responsive.  Wrong. 2 voicemails and 2 emails later, no response. Not a peep.  Crickets.  Called  two other companies and got what I had hoped to get from VetsBuilt- a call within a day or two and a timely appointment for estimates which were in line with my expectations.  Looking to waste some time?  Call these guys

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
