Best Metal Roof Installation in Phoenix AZ
We were introduced to Jake and Caliber from our general contractor. We had a project that lasted several weeks. We had a few hiccups along the way which included some inferior product which was concerning at the time. Jake ordered new product at his cost to make sure we were satisfied. He also painted our new ceiling free of charge. We will use him again for any other roofing projects that we have. His project manager Matt was easily accessible and we felt like they really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I read a review from another person that said they had problems in the middle. We also had some issues midstream but as I mentioned, Jake and Matt came by personally to address all concerns and made necessary changes at Calibers cost. The finished product is what counts and we are completely happy and look forward to spending a lot of time under our new covered patio.

Worked with Brad. They were great. Fixed my roof tiles at a very affordable price and they were even able to do it when I wasn't home, which made it really easy.

Discovered a small rain leak in our ceiling in our front room. Requested a roofer via Handyman Connection and Garrett from Ridge Roofing called. He scheduled an appointment with us for a day or two later. He showed up on time and inspected not only the leak area but the entire roof. A couple of days later he provided us a quote for all repairs, including the leak. We called him back to schedule a date for the repairs and on the day his crew was supposed to show up, we called in the afternoon and he acted as if he completely forgot about us. We sent him an email reminder that if could reschedule, we would give him another chance. That's the last we heard from him. We did not pay any type of deposit, so we were not out any $$.

Avoid at all costs!
We had our roof repaired and all went seemingly smoothly. Until about a year later. A big storm came through and the roof leaked. I called and they sent a guy out to look. He saw where the water was coming into the living room and said "I know right where that's at." Enough said.
Several months later, another big rainstorm came through and water ran into my living room again. Again, two guys came out and said they'd be able to take care of this. When it started leaking again a year later they suddenly had no record of ever having worked on our house. After searching for two years I found the contract. I called our insurance company who sent an inspector. The inspector made several notes of "shoddy workmanship." It was done in a hurry, and failure to correctly seal air conditioning mounts resulted in rain pooling, and if it was a very hard rain, running up and under a row of shingles, and into the house.
Now that it's been fixed we're having to repair the damage to the interior walls.
Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Our experience with American Solar and Roofing was a nightmare. We have a fairly new home with solar panels that were poorly installed by American Solar and Roofing (ASAR), which later caused multiple roof leaks.
Last year, our ceiling started leaking right underneath the solar panels, in our bedroom. We called American Solar (Darcy), and the roofing supervisor came to check it out. Initially, Jesus (the roofing supervisor) and I were looking above the wrong area which made it seem like it wasn't under the solar panels. I then had multiple companies inspect it, and they ALL showed proof that it was under the solar panels and the damage was caused by the solar company.
(When ASAR installed the panels, they relocated the attic and bathroom vents and didn't seal them properly and they weren't up to code. There are also multiple saw cuts into the underlayment. These were all causes of the roof leaks that we've yet to get fixed.)
At that point, I called Darcy back and she sent Jesus back out, who then realized the problem is indeed underneath the solar panels and the leak was caused by the solar installation. He then had the solar supervisor come and they "fixed" the problem and told us it shouldn't leak anymore.
After a few weeks, it rained again and the ceiling underneath the panels leaked worse than ever. I called Darcy, who got in touch with Jesus, who called us and informed us he would come out when it's dried up and told us they would get it taken care of. Darcy later sent a rather surprising email letting us know they are not going to fix the damage and they weren't the cause.
Although multiple companies have showed us that the leak was caused by the solar panel installation, we are back at square one.
Now that we have to pursue this legally, we have found that there are multiple lawsuits against ASAR.
