Best Wiring Installation in Phoenix AZ

One of our valves would not shut off.  The repair guy was nice and agreed we needed a new diaphragm in the valve .  Diaphragms are around $5..  He didn't have them on the truck .  He did have new valves at $125.  These same valves are less than $20 at Home Depot.  He also said he'd have to replace a bunch of pipe to get the valve installed .  I've replaced these valves before and had no issues with the pipes.  I said goodbye.
