Best Solar Water Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

I had a recent experience where I called Rooter Ranger to come fix a valve on the toilet in the master bathroom after I accidentally broke it off while trying to turn the water off.  I was leaving for a week and it happened the night before.  They plumber came out the next day and replaced the valve & the leak but did not fully tighten the screw which caused a very slow leak over the next week which I noticed when I came back.  I also noticed the moisture had seeped into my walls & baseboards and I contacted Rooter Ranger immediately.  They sent a plumber out right away who told me it was not tightened fully and made sure that it finally was.  I asked him if they would be able to replace the baseboards and the plumber called his manager and they sent out a restoration company to do an analysis and dry out the area and are replacing everything at no charge.  This is what I call great customer service and i would recommend Rooter Ranger to anyone!!!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

RT Brown has been our go to guy for the past 12 years, as they are the company who installed our unit when the home was built.  A few weeks ago, on June 6th, our A/C unit crapped out during the night, I called at 7:00 am.  The receptionist said that she would have dispatch call when they came in at 8:00, that Monday morning.

I have a handicapped child who cannot tolerate too much heat, seizures or worse can result.  I'm breaking out electric fans and wet towels to ready my daughter for the delay in A/C

8:00 am came and went, 9:00 took forever and then I called back at about 9:15 am.  The receptionist said she forgot all about my call but told me that the soonest someone could come by would be next week.  Thanks but no thanks.

I called Goettl, just happened to have one of their fliers on the kitchen counter, they were here by 10:00 and had the house cool by noon.  Thank you Goettl.
