What a find!!  Call them ! I called about a dozen septic companies to pump and inspect our septic.  I mostly heard we don't service Wittmann AZ.  Then I found a company that did and they postponed twice over 3 days and then canceled because they are not able to inspect.  

Then through chance I got the name and number for Circle J Septic.  Fast. Polite.  Efficient!  Really great guys.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

I contacted Duck's Septic on Saturday because our toilets and tubs were backing up. I spoke with Ernie who was extremely accommodating and professional. He offered to come that very day but I decided to wait until Monday. Ernie Jr and Lupe' showed up as promised. They were quick and efficient and thoroughly explained the job at hand. Within about an hour the job was done and the holes that were dug were completely filled in and it looked as if no one had been here. I will gladly recommend Duck's Septic to anyone looking for a complete and thorough pumping and cleaning of their Septic System.
