We just got a Nest thermostat and normally they're pretty simple to install(we've done them before), but we have a fresh air intake in our home. Last night, I submitted a request for a quote after hours of my husband and I trying to figure out what the problem was. Within 5 minutes of submitting the request, we got a text from Ralph and figured out what the problem was. He was willing to come out last night but it was already so late.
