I was running into issues installing my Nest Thermostat E when I searched Nest's site and found NestPro AZ's info.  I called and left a message at 10:15pm, and at 10:18pm Ralph was walking me through the steps via text.  All of the wires from my previous thermostat were hooked up properly, however, my AC unit was not turning on.  After having me switch the yellow and green wires, he determined that I would need a common wire.  While providing the option to come out, Ralph also had me look deeper into the wall to see if I already had one.  Sure enough, deep in the wall within the bundle of wires was the blue common wire I needed.  Plugged it in and issue solved!
