Grandson accidentally broke off faucet handle in the bathtub. Water shot everywhere. Turned off water to the house. Called a plumber who promised to come next day, for 2 more days, then ghosted me.
Then called Dan the Plumber. Arrived within 30 minutes. Got the necessary parts and fixed the problem. Very reasonable rates. Thoroughly pleased!

These guys are great. Christian was our service technician and did an awesome job.  He was very polite, asked good questions, and did excellent work.  We had a chandelier and ceiling fan installed and they look great and work perfectly.  I definitely give them my highest recommendation.

I was very please by the exceptional work Simpson Construction provided in some major installation and repair work on my home. I got a referral from a tile store for someone to install ceramic tile in my dining room and kitchen. I contacted **** Simpson and he came out the next day, a Saturday, to give me a free estimate and we scheduled work to begin the following week. After determining that Simpson Construction could do several other repairs, I contracted them for additional work. The quality of the workmanship is impeccable and they really worked with my aggressive schedule for completion. The skilled tradesmen working on the project were professional on the job site and courteous to my family and pets. **** himself was at the job site several times a day ensuring the quality of work and the availability of supplies. He did a great job listening to what I wanted and explaining each of the projects they were doing in detail, including materials used and methods of installation. My overall experience could not have been better and I highly recommend the work of Simpson Construction

Ronnie arrived when the office said he would.  He was friendly and knowledgeable.  He patiently answered all of my questions.  And, he quickly identified and fixed our issue.  It was refreshing to work with someone who you feel you can trust.  I highly recommend them!

I have had Serenity Plumbing out a couple of times now, and I am incredibly happy with their work and professionalism. Last fall they came out and replaced my sump pump, which had failed. I had three other companies to quote the job before Serenity and they were pushy and abrupt in their estimates. Serenity came out, gave me three options along with their opinion their preferred option. I was happy to have multiple choices and I did't feel pressured to take the most expensive option. I also work during the day, so my wife is the one who was at home when the sump pump was replaced. She told me the guys were friendly and informative. Now I am having AC problems and my wife called Serenity in to take a look. They were up front about the option we have for repair or replacement, and potential costs. I feel they are giving me all the information i need to make the right choice for an expensive home repair. I will certainly have them out ot do the work, as soon I decide course to take.

Realized one morning that we had a leak under a bathroom sink (which continued to drip even after shutting off the water) and in a panic, I did a quick search for local plumbers. All-Pro Plumbing came up as one of the first listings and with great reviews. Jason answered the call and managed to squeeze us in just an hour and a half later. He was polite, efficient, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for other plumbing needs and would recommend him to anyone in the area.

I found my hot water tank going bad and leaking water on the floor. I called Zach at Brown's Plumbing Services and got an immediate response. He walked me through the various water heating options available.  I decided to go with the tankless option since it had a significantly longer life, plus I would never have to worry about another tank failure that would put water all over the floor.  

Zach was able to install the unit the following morning. He came with foot covers, and tarpes to cover the floor to protect my home. He was well prepared with everything he might need, and was able to cut out the old plumbing to the water tank and install the new unit in a much more clean and professional looking manner.  The plumbing was routed to be shorter, cleaner, more efficient, and even quieter than when the house was built!  Zach walked me through the operation of the unit and future maintenance procedures, answered all my questions, and made sure I was satisfied.

I decided to have Zach change out the old sump pump, which was corroded and could fail at any time. Again, he did a great job!  He replaced the line to get a much better flow, fastened it down and organized the wiring.  The pump is so much quieter than the previous setup.  I was amazed!  My basement around the water heater and sump pump look so clean and organized now.  

Zach did a super professional job, from the beginning of the process to the very end, including the billing.  I am very impressed!  I would give Zach and Brown's Plumbing Services my highest recommendation!

Phenomenal experience! Not only did they end up coming out a day earlier than expected, they went above and beyond. Small businesses and family owned is what builds a great economy and community. We had a low grade leak from our dishwasher that was leaking through the main level light fixture. They assessed everything from the sink to the dishwasher, lights and floors. Great company. They also waive the cost of the assessment fee if they have to end up fixing any kind of damages. They were so efficient, quick and informative on what we should do/expect next. Thank you for all you do!

Nick was very attentive, provided a low cost estimate and actually delivered the solution on time and slightly under budget! I definitely will have him back for future jobs.

Jim with Allpoints was so helpful and professional. He helped us deal with the nightmare that is Choice Home Warranty. Jim took over a lot of the communications with Choice so we didn't have to fight with them as much. We desperately needed a new water heater as our old one kept breaking down, and the repairs that other plumbing services had tried weren't cutting it. Jim convinced Choice to finally approve a replacement water heater, which he ordered and installed quickly. He was also always available and kept us updated on the replacement process. The new heater works great and we're very happy with Allpoints!
