I haven't written a review in a very long time but, the level of service we received was outstanding!

Jeff is a one man team. We called around 7am and he said he'd arrive between 9-11am. He was at the house at about 10:30am. Who doesn't love a plumber who's on time!?

We had a handful of projects for him:
-water heater on the fritz
-two different toilet tank problems
-two shower/bath handles not adjusting temperatures appropriately
-dishwasher overflow spout/return
-Fleck water softener installation quote

Jeff quickly diagnosed our water heater problem; replacing the control box and rod. He also fixed all of the other things before 4:15pm. He gave us an excellent price for excellent work. Wow! I was totally impressed by his knowledge, skills, commitment, and courteous manner. We will definitely be using his services again and, highly recommend him and his business.

We finally found a reliable, honest, knowledgeable and courteous plumber!  Nick has repaired a pin hole leak in our water heater connector line and proactively contacted Rheem to check on warranty parts for a safety glass bubble that was broken.  We are happy to support local family businesses and Platinum Plumbing is top notch.

We called because my grandparents had an issue with their Guest House toilet. So we decided to call GP Plumbing they came on time they gave us an estimate that was accurate and we went ahead and agreed with the work and they wanted and they completed the work for us within a day. everything works great now and we couldn't be happier with the service that we were provided.

Victor was awesome. He responded to my request in less than 10 minutes to a late night request and made a trip out to fix the issue. He did great work while there and I'm really happy with thr results, value, and customer service.  I would highly recommend.

Today I had Plumbco out to repair a broken sewer line at my 65 year old house. They cut through the driveway slab, dug it out, replaced the broken iron sewer line with PVC, filled it in and poured new concrete - all in one day. Actually, all in about 6 hours. They ran the camera all the way to the far reach of the sewer line to insure there were no other problems. They always do good work, at the quoted price, clean up after themselves, and they show up on time. Their office staff is very good about communicating. I've been using Plumbco now for at least 4 years and I highly recommend them. My next project is to get a new water heater, they are giving me quotes on a 50 gallon tank model and a tankless model.

If you need plumbing, make appointment from them! They can help on you on anything! Best plumber in town!!

Requested a quote 6/12/22.  The voicemail said they were out of office until 6/19/22, which I noted and was okay with.  Today is 6/27/22 and have still not heard back.  If you don't want the job consider calling potential clients back and tell them you decline, rather than leaving them waiting on your call.

sergio, dana, and ABC plumbing quickly answered my request to install a new faucet. they showed up promptly the next morning, and replaced it in about an hour. they were courteous and friendly, and cleaned up after. they even managed to work around my kitten who kept trying to help! 10/10 would hire again. :)

You have to trust these guys. The are the best.

I had three different companies came for estimate and gave me potential solutions. Andy from 308 gave me the simplest and cheapest solution. The other guys either tried to intimidate me and then upsell a crazy job or just did not want to do this.

I was concerned that my existing wire would not work on the devices. Andy and technician Jim assured me my wires are completely safe and would not cause a fire. The other company came to tell me that sooner or later my house would catch on fires and it would cost 50k to replace those wires behind the walls because we need to basically tear the drywall apart. Andy did all the research for me and installed an extra fuse just to make me comfortable

I would not hesitate to call them on any electrical problem. These guys know how to do business with honesty and integrity.

William Ramsey was so patient with me on what was going on with my A/C. I highly recommend him with any A/C repair!

My experience with Mark Ondras Plumbing was very easy and stress free. I was able to set an appointment at my convenience, he was very punctual, pricing was affordable and replaced with water heater with no issues. Two thumbs up for Mark!

My wife and I moved into a house in Flower Mound that Pearson Plumbing serviced. 2 months after they fixed the problem we found a leak in the house. These people were rude and unprofessional. We should have been compensated for bad work, but instead they forced us to go to the texas state board of plumbers for a minimal amount of compensation. They are garbage.

MIlitary Plumbing is the epitome of affordable, courteous, and fast service. It is hard to get good customer service these days...

Everyone from Kim (who scheduled and updated me on the appointment) to Jeff and Daniel (who showed up to do the work) was easy to work with and competent to boot!

We were scheduled on Monday afternoon from 12 to 2pm.  I called him around this period, no one answered.  Then I messaged him via Yelp, no response as well.   Late afternoon, I got his message On my way! Will catch you tomorrow .    Not reliable , no response, waste time .

Tyson Beall came to our home to check our water heater. Tyson was very friendly and profession. He gave us the quotes for our new water heater and explained all the detail very well.

Tyson was extremely friendly and was knowledgeable about the different water heating systems. If we choose to get a new water heater, we hope he returns to do the install.

I wouldn't recommend them. Their tech didn't go a thorough job. I explained that I know there was a shift in the ground causing periodic blockage but didn't know they wouldn't guarantee their work due to this issue.

Shown up within half hour after I initially called and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend.
