Best HVAC System Repair in Arlington TX

While searching for a Dallas Plumber in Google I found Circle-E at circle-e.com.  I called them right away and I could not be more pleased with the quality of their service and the professionalism of their staff.

Dial One has been my plumbing company for more than 10 years. And, there are many reasons for that. Again, today they showed up on time, and did a terrific job on the leaks and repairs. When we saw water running down the driveway on a Saturday afternoon, we knew there was trouble.  A neighbor had (a different) plumber at their home who was kind enough to come over and help us get the water shut off at the street. But his dispatch team couldn't get anyone out until Monday afternoon.  I called KMP and crossed my fingers.

While Henry couldn't make it out Saturday, he was at my house at 8 am on Sunday morning.  I provided the fresh coffee and he provided a best-case solution for a broken pipe --- not under my slab and not under my driveway. No jackhammers!  It was in the flowerbed, but he didn't even have to dig up any of my bushes.  I was fully expecting a $1500 invoice (weekend emergency service) but was pleasantly surprised. It's never a convenient time to have a plumbing issue, but Henry and KMP made a bad situation much more tolerable.

Service was fine, no problems there.  They got my AC up and running at 9:00 at night on one of the hottest days of the year, and they did it quickly and at short notice.

The Technician did try to enter my house at one point without knocking and almost let my dogs out, which was weird.

Main complaint is that the price was EXCEPTIONALLY high.  $449 to spend about 20 minutes replacing a $50 part and I was told that was not an emergency fee and was the normal rate.  They know it's hot and people are desperate and they are using that to their advantage.

I had this company install a new two-unit H/AC system in my house about 4 years ago and have had multiple plumbing and electrical jobs done by them since then. This is a family owned and run company and everyone on staff is professional and courteous. Support small business and call these folks for your maintenance needs. Oh and my electric bills took a nose dive and my house temperature stays right where we want it after the Amana system was installed.
