Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional. We called at 9am with the problem and by 3pm our problem was fixed 100%. We've had a non working toilet for over a year and just like that Jeff diagnosed and fixed it. Turns out we had a screwdriver inside and he worked very hard to get it out. 100% satisfied

I called DJM for a water heater problem and they came out quickly. The tech checked it out thoroughly and left a detailed report on what he found. It was an electrical wiring issue and no problem with the water heater itself. After hiring an electrician what DJM found was spot on. Even though they couldn't fix the wiring problem they did a great job in diagnosing what was really going on. I definitely recommend them!

We called because my grandparents had an issue with their Guest House toilet. So we decided to call GP Plumbing they came on time they gave us an estimate that was accurate and we went ahead and agreed with the work and they wanted and they completed the work for us within a day. everything works great now and we couldn't be happier with the service that we were provided.

I was very pleased with Kenny's Plumbing. The whole team was knowledgeable and friendly. From my understanding, Janice oversees the details and scheduling. Kenny and his sons do the work. The guys arrived at my place on time, as promised. They got right to work; explained everything to me, and gave me some options on next-steps. They were in and out most of the day/ I had a lot of fun with them all. We joked a bit. But when it came down to it, they got the job done efficiently. I was most impressed! This Plumbco location continues to rank 5 stars for me! I had a water pipe connected to my water heater that broke and was causing damage. I called for service and 20 minutes later the crew came and cut off the water supply to it avoiding further damage. They said they'd be back the next day at 10am to repair the broken pipe and they arrived right on time. Derek and Angel were fast, professional and I had hot water with no leaks 2 hours later. Thanks guys!

I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

Would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Justin was prompt, professional, and very informative. He went out of his way to help us on a rainy day, and it was so appreciated. The pricing was fair for services provided. We used them to repair a pipe in my elderly father's yard. He was so impressed that he said he will be using them exclusively from now on.

My kitchen sink was clogged. This was the only place that was able to come out on a Saturday evening without a crazy after hours charge. My sink is fixed! Appreciating them for accommodating!

Javier with RCA provided amazing service to repair a few sprinkler heads that continued to be an issue and he resolved a big issue with an underground pipe. He had to analyze the issue and worked with my Warranty company to resolve everything.  Prior to Javier coming out the Warranty company sent two other Plumbing Companies that were worthless. He will be my plumber for anything moving forward.

Tyson Beall came to our home to check our water heater. Tyson was very friendly and profession. He gave us the quotes for our new water heater and explained all the detail very well.

Tyson was extremely friendly and was knowledgeable about the different water heating systems. If we choose to get a new water heater, we hope he returns to do the install.

Almost exact issue as the other one star review. Hired them to replace two septic pumps. Was quoted nearly $13k, overpriced on the pumps by thousands but was one of the only companies willing to service that geo location so we went with it. After pumps were installed they said pipes were clogged and needed $4k to clear them. Paid that amount. After pipes cleared they needed us to hire an electrician to hook them up. $1500 to do that. After that was paid pumps burnt out. The company needed me to loan them $1500 for new pumps. After two weeks still no pumps. Needed an extra $500. Paid it. Here we are 3.5 months later and still no further than day one. Pumps still not working, I've dropped over $20k and lost the entire project. Hired a law to recoup my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
