A few years ago, shortly after moving into our house, we needed to replace our heating and air conditioning units, and have some other energy efficiency work done.
Aside from our house just being about 35 years old at the time, and needing new equipment, we also had an interesting problem: the big central room in our house was covered by both of our rooftop units; in other words, to heat or cool that room, we had to run both units. Otherwise, we could run one unit for the bedrooms, and another for the living rooms.
So we had several companies out for quotes. But the guy from Allbritten (ABC Cooling & Heating--same company) was the only one who came up with a solution for the big central room, to get that room covered by a single system. We were impressed, and they got the job.
The installation went well and we have been happy with the system. As well, we have paid annually for their warranty and service programs, for seasonal service, and they have always been prompt and easy to work with.
Recently, we decided that we wanted to replace all of the toilets in our house. So we called Allbritten for a quote, which was reasonable, and scheduled them to handle the job. Their appointment notification system is excellent, and their installer was timely and friendly. Not only that, but he thought ahead: knowing that many customers do not like the lightweight plastic seats that come with the toilet, he ordered heavier ones to provide as an option, included in their pricing. We appreciated that attention to detail and anticipation of what the customer wants.
We will keep calling Allbritten for our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.
