These guys were so accessible by phone and came as soon as they could squeeze us in. They even stayed really late to get the job done. These guys are honest and respectable- you can't ask for anymore! Will use them in the future too if needed.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

I used yelp to find a contractor to fix my kitchen sink. Bow tie plumbing responded within minutes and we scheduled an appointment for later in the week. Kenny is an awesome plumber and actually cares about his customers.  After 2 other plumbers couldn't find the time to come out to my house sent by my insurance agency, Kenny came, after hours to fix a problem that was more than just a leak.

Ahndre from Legacy Plumbing came by to service my hot water heater. He did the work quickly and efficiently, and he also let me know my water pressure was so high it will cause damage over time to the plumbing in the house. He recommended a water pressure regulator, which will be installed next week and save me lots of repair bills in coming years.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. Blacktie plumbing was the only plumbing company that could come out after the snowstorm and replace our hot water heater in such a short amount of time. Daniel came out Monday afternoon and will able to get us a new 50 gallon water heater installed and brought our existing connections up to code. They also pulled permit permit and had the city inspector come out the following day, to verify the work and we pass with flying colors I highly recommend Blacktie Plumbing.

So we had a burst pipe and were looking for a plumber and I was looking at all the 5's here with a bunch of people posting that they never leave a review but the service was so awesome and I have to admit a little part of me was they either ARE that awesome or they got some friends to post for them :)  Well, they really ARE that awesome!  We noticed the running water inside the wall around 11p Sunday night and after shutting off the water got to bed at 1a or so.  Monday morning around 9a we called him (husband was doing the calling and he got an answering machine and I whispered, leave a message, he'll call back right away, and he called back pretty quickly) and by noon he was working on it (he said he'd be there between noon and 2p I'd never actually had anyone show up towards the beginning of the range that often) and didn't leave until it was complete around 3:30p.  He is knowledgeable, had the parts needed already, and was friendly and personable (and he liked our dog, always a plus, although it's not hard to love our dog :)).  It's not going to be the cheapest but my husband always says cheap, fast, and good, choose which two you want.  We had working toilets and shower less than 24 hrs from the time we discovered the leak.  Would definitely use Jeff again.

Pablo did an AWESOME job! My son flushed down a whole bag of baby wipes. Called Pablo in a panic because all toilets were backing up. He returned my call within 30 minutes and was there within 25 minutes! He was super nice and gave me the best pricing.

Another plumber tried to charge me 4x's then what Pablo charged. I couldn't recommend him enough!!!

I decided to try and do some light plumbing work, replace the old kitchen faucet, but when I went to shut off the water, the valve broke. I ran outside it to turn the water off to the house and went on Google to call a plumber. Of course, this happens at 5 o'clock, so I'm asking about after-hours service. Tahnee answered and after I explained my problem, she placed me on hold to try and get someone out. We got disconnected and she called me right back. She found a technician to come out within 25 minutes. Don arrived and was very professional and even put covers on his boots before entering my house. I explained/showed him the problem I created and he was reassuring and quick to quote me the cost to get it fixed. I agreed and Don got to work.

I rarely interact with companies anymore that are this polite and professional, let alone quick to respond. 5-stars across the board.

I called Mr. Young's for a hose bib repair/install. Robert arrived, determined the issue, went a got the needed part and returned and was able to repair the same day! They are great and I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs!!

I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

My sewer line clogged which was causing water to backup into the house.  Within an hour of calling, Hayden Rodriguez showed up and cleaned out the sewer line.  He was very professional, friendly and offered tips on how to prevent it from happening again.  I would not hesitate to call again.

Carissa and her team came out to replace my moms water heater and did an amazing job. They were able to get to it quickly so that she wasn't out of hot water for very long at all. They have have also done some plumbing work at my house capping off lines and changing out hose bibs. They always do great work and are very professional. They even sent me a text with a picture of the plumber that was going to be coming to my house and an eta of their arrival. I highly recommend them!
