Called out Schrader again this week to work on another issue. Prompt return call and quick response. They repaired the leak , which was pretty tricky since it was right at the water meter, on my side of course. They took photos for me so I could address the very high water bill from the City and gave me a detailed billing receipt that described the issue. These folks are professionals in every sense of the word.

Snowmagedon 2021 was not kind to the pipes on our garage apartment. In anticipation of that I had prescheduled several days in advance for ABC Plumbing to come out the day that temps were forecast to be above freezing. I tried calling earlier in the day to confirm but couldn't reach anyone. My appointment time came and went with no plumber. Sure enough a pipe burst.  I was finally able to get hold of someone at about 5PM and they explained that they had so many emergency calls that they were way behind. Understandable, but I had scheduled my appointment. They called me back about 15 mins later and said they would definitely get someone out that night. Within an hour Skyler and Clayton showed and fixed it up. Unfortunately too many breaks and they had to cap the line into the apartment so the main house would have water. I'll have to reschedule more work but they were very fair with me on the price. I highly recommend ABC. Thanks Skyler and Clayton!

Eric and Cameron replumbed our sewer line. They were very communicative and professional and did a good job. They also bid about 1/3 the price Schrader plumbing bid. I would very much recommend them again.

My 17yr old water heater gave up the ghost. O'Bryan came out quickly and replaced so I was only a few hours without water. Later, the city inspector was months behind on inspections, so they helped navigate the city's lagging inspections. All going well now. Have had other work done with them like replacing all the internal parts on an old worn out toilet. Have a membership with them now to get discounts on fixes for my aging house's interesting collections of plumbing issues.  They are accessible by phone (unlike some other companies who I have played voicemail tag with indefinitely trying to solve issues).

Direct source plumbing should be your ONLY option when considering assistance from a professional plumbing service. I have an older home and have called several services in the past, so I have a knowledgeable comparison of service in the DFW Metroplex. What I experienced when David and Kyle came out was uncompromised professional service. They went above and beyond to help me, and even educated me on do it yourself prevention. These men are kind, friendly, fair, experienced, but most of all Results Driven. Lastly, they are reasonably priced, and completely affordable, which is not often the case with local competitors. I initially messaged Bow Tie to see when they could come out and check out a plumbing issue I was having. They responded just shortly after I'd contacted them, the next day or so they were here to do an inspection.

Thank you Kenny's Plumbing!  We now live in Chino Valley, Az., and have had water pressure problems for a year now.  The homeowner warranty company has been sending a plumbing company that has been to our house 3 times and the problem does not go away by replacing the pressure valve, and that plumber said he would not come back!  

Kenny's Plumbing came out today and diagnosed the problem to be the expansion tank and even moved it to the other side of the water heater, bad installation 13 years ago!  Most of the pipes and fittings were on their last legs and they replaced all of them.

Needed repair of a toilet that kept running. They came out same day and fixed it for a reasonable price. The guys were polite, efficient and neat, and wore shoe covers to keep things clean. Very satisfied and will go to them next time we need plumbing services.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. OUTSTANDING!  I feel fortunate that the plumber assigned to me was Jeremy Wilkerson.  He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and personable. Not only did he do a great job fixing my garbage dispoal, he also took the time to answer any and all questions that I had.  Additionally, he made sure that everything was as clean or cleaner when he left.  This included bringing a small towel to put on the floor under his toolbox. That was a very nice and unexpected touch.  I highly recommend Black Tie Plumbing and Jeremy Wilkerson.

Jeff is in my house right now as I am writing this review. He has spent the last 4 hours trying to remove some ABS that was put down our downstairs toilet drain by our builders. We've only been in this house a year and the downstairs toilet needed to be plunged since the first week we moved in (it's a new-build). Thanks to Jeff's persistence, he found the issue and took care of it so we can use our downstairs toilet again! For the amount of work he did, the price was very reasonable. I asked if I could tip him and he refused. Good, honest work!

I contacted Pablo on a Saturday morning.  He promptly returned my call, provided a quotation and made arrangements to investigate and fix the problem (a leak in the pipe connecting the water meter and the irrigation box) for the next day, which fit may schedule as well.   There was no service call fee.  He called just before he arrived Sunday afternoon exactly as we had arranged the previous day.  Pablo and his helper pin-pointed and fixed the problem without issue in a clean, friendly and professional way.   The cost of repair was on the low end of his quote despite having to make a trip for parts.  He also guaranteed his workmanship for 5 years.  Like the majority of reviewers of Bee Prestigious Plumbing,  I am highly satisfied with with this company and will certainly use this company again should I have any plumbing issues in the future.

Was looking for a local plumber in Highland Village and through the recommendation of a friend, came across Live Oak Plumbing. I have never had a service show up, literally roll out a red carpet (legitimately) and get the job done in such a professional and quick manner. My sewer line clogged which was causing water to backup into the house.  Within an hour of calling, Hayden Rodriguez showed up and cleaned out the sewer line.  He was very professional, friendly and offered tips on how to prevent it from happening again.  I would not hesitate to call again.

We called the Stenson plumbing company concerning a oven gas leak. They told us an estimate of free services would tell us what we needed to do. The technician arrived looked at the situation and said that we needed to call the appliance company and then proceeded to bill us $144. We still have to get the oven fixed but are free estimate which took less than 15 minutes of their time. What tell us a free estimate? This is bait and switch.
