I used Schrader Plumbing January 2017 for my water heater replacement. There was no bait and switch. They quoted a price and honored it. Upon arrival, they were courteous, timely, knowledgeable and professional. They went above-board to ensure my satisfaction!
In the future, whenever I have plumbing needs, I'll call them. I'll also be sure to refer them to my Realtor clients and friends! John and Jeff rock!

Very disappointed in this company. The communication between the office and the contractors actually doing the work is not clear. I had to call numerous times to see when someone was actually going to come do work, then again to finish the work, and again to fill the hole back in. It took them 3+ weeks for them to complete a 3 day job just because no one was showing up to finish the job. Very frustrating and not happy with the finished work.

After our regular plumber left us in a pickle over the weekend we had to give another plumber a call.  I am so happy we did.  I had no idea that a plumber could be this good.  Not only did they come out the same day but their prices and services were phenomenal!  We just found our go to plumber and will quickly recommend True Plumbing in the future.

My water heater stopped working on a Saturday morning. They got a crew out that day to assess. We didn't know if our heater was still under warranty and they researched that for us and helped us minimize our out of pocket costs. They had us up and running 2 days later which was amazing considering we were working within a warranty challenge etc.

Had a toilet and shower backed up...called around 8am and had someone here by 1030...Tyler was very professional and efficient! Will definitely use them again if I have problems.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

Had an issue with our sewer pipe over New Year's weekend. Spoke with Tyson on Monday morning and Bryson came that afternoon and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

I had an extremely complicated plumbing issue in the kitchen of my new home left by previous owners  . I called this company and they came out and not only fixed the issue with brand new material, but made the new piping required for the update, on the spot (cutting and measurements without rulers) and not only provided the resolution I needed but now the piping update is simple, functional, and opened up more room under the sink drastically. Smart, gifted, and professional service! I'll use them for all my work.

This company is amazing! I had no idea this type of customer service existed. Here's the Reader's Digest version:  I've had a smell in my shower and kitchen sink for years. I've had two plumbers from other companies come to my house, tell me they smell nothing, take my money, and wave on their way out the door. I call Legacy Plumbing today, their amazing master plumber, Theron, tells me to try a few things before paying them to come out. I'll admit, I thought he was crazy the things he told me to try. That being said, it worked! Unbelievable! These folks have my business as long as I'm alive and residing in their service area. Thank you Legacy Plumbing.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

I noticed a puddle in front of my toilet after I flushed it and couldn't tell where the leak was coming from, so I called and left a message to schedule an appointment. Jeff returned my call within a few hours and scheduled a time to come out. He was punctual and came during the time we agreed upon.

When he looked at the toilet, within 2 seconds he had figured out that there was a little tube that had come loose and it just needed to be reattached for the leak to stop. I felt like such an idiot for not figuring that out myself and felt so bad for wasting his time. Jeff was so nice about it though. While he was there I had some questions for him and he was able to help me out with them. I offered to pay him for his time but he wouldn't charge me.

Even though this ended up not being a real plumbing issue, because of the service I received I will definitely be reaching out to Jeff again when there is a real problem.

Outstanding! Live Oak Plumbing provided excellent service. They were prompt, fair, and trustworthy professionals. They communicated every step of the way so we understood the problems, the diagnosis, and what they would do to fix the problem.

They came out to our home because we had a leak somewhere in the front yard. They responded the same day to look at the problem, and they easily diagnosed the first problem and fixed it. The second problem required a diagnostic tool to pinpoint the exact location of the leak. In both cases, they were able to dig a relatively small hole and fix the problems quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up after themselves and you can barely tell we had work done.

Lastly Easter Sunday, we had a problem, a different plumbing issue caused by my husband that flooded the downstairs closet and bedroom. They came out the next day and fixed the problem. Unbelievable customer service.

I am seldom impressed by home repair people but have complete faith and trust that they will help us with any plumbing repairs we may have in the future. They are truly a family-owned business that takes care of its clients.

They were sent out though my warranty company, and everyone was wonderful! From the office person to the tech. They arrived when they said they would and did the work. The tech explained everything to me and cleaned up after themselves. I will be only using this company from now on! Thank you!

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I'm a landlord with multiple properties and occasionally need help with plumbing issues.  I've used this Roto-Rooter location twice for drain blockages.  They are polite, efficient on the phone, dispatch quickly, professional (according to my tenants), address the issue quickly, and are fairly priced.  As a guy that deals with a lot of subcontractors, this place stands out as top of the class.
