Selling a rental and decided to change out the wall mount kitchen sink.  It didn't leak, but was old and ugly.  Bought a brand new one and called ABC.  I thought this would be simple.  It wasn't.
The plumber installed the new one and guess what?  It was leaking. He took it off and the pipes were so old we opened up a can of worms.
1950's tile has to be displaced and freshly painting wall above the sink had to be torn into.
Props and kudos to Steven and Scott who spent an entire day replacing pipe and only charging me 150.00 total.  Any other company would have been 600.00 plus!!!  Have used them before and

I requested a quote to locate and fix a leak. I spoke to Travis who was very polite and had quickly responded to my call. The guys showed up on time and quickly located the leak and solved the issue. The guys were very polite and kept me informed through out the job. The repair ended up being less than the quote. In my opinion, this outfit is very honest, up-front and punctual. I would definitely call on them again if needed.

So we had a burst pipe and were looking for a plumber and I was looking at all the 5's here with a bunch of people posting that they never leave a review but the service was so awesome and I have to admit a little part of me was they either ARE that awesome or they got some friends to post for them :)  Well, they really ARE that awesome!  We noticed the running water inside the wall around 11p Sunday night and after shutting off the water got to bed at 1a or so.  Monday morning around 9a we called him (husband was doing the calling and he got an answering machine and I whispered, leave a message, he'll call back right away, and he called back pretty quickly) and by noon he was working on it (he said he'd be there between noon and 2p I'd never actually had anyone show up towards the beginning of the range that often) and didn't leave until it was complete around 3:30p.  He is knowledgeable, had the parts needed already, and was friendly and personable (and he liked our dog, always a plus, although it's not hard to love our dog :)).  It's not going to be the cheapest but my husband always says cheap, fast, and good, choose which two you want.  We had working toilets and shower less than 24 hrs from the time we discovered the leak.  Would definitely use Jeff again.

We chose Pablo for our plumbing needs based on the reviews here and we knew we had found  an honest, hardworking and punctual guy. We had Pablo install two water heaters for us and are very happy with the quality of work. What we liked the most is that he was always available to answer any and every questions even long after the work was done and the attentioin to detail. Don was terrific! Detected and fixed a slab leak with minimal after math in the garage dry wall. Was professional and very informative through the whole process. Very competitive pricing up front and no hidden fees later! He even fixed a wiring issue on my hot water heater for no extra charge! I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Pathetic service! I highly unrecommend them, at least this location that is! I originally called to have them locate the clean out and clean it out. They then came the day of and I was told by a guy named Jordan that they would be able I help me find the leak but needed to find a functioning camera that they didn't have that day. I was told that they would come out the next morning. The next morning, their office staff told me they wouldn't be able to send anyone out until later, since their guy made a mistake in scheduling it for the morning, they told me that the guy that had it scheduled had that day off or was on vacation, so I had to wait until 4pm for them to come out. Another one of their guys came and worked for 2 hours, afterwards he said after using their camera and cleaning everything out, there wasn't anything wrong, except that the house had no clean out. They were originally supposed to provide me a service contract prior to starting and couldn't even provide that, they only asked me over the phone  if they could start and this was the only thing they could to get started at the time. Afterwards, the next day, I was called that they wanted to collect payment, and they hadn't even sent me an invoice, they just wanted me to pay without any invoice(here I'm thinking it's an established company). They were then charging me pretty much double of what I was originally told over the phone. When I questioned them, they were very rude and pretended as if they didn't know what I was talking about, once I chewed them out to do their own due diligence on what I was talking about, they then went and fixed their financial discrepancies and sent me an invoice(of which I had to request, otherwise they wouldn't of sent me anything).
Never again will I use this Rotor Rooter!
