Best Drain Installation in Fort Worth TX

Jeff came out during the winter storm to fix our shower which would not shut off. He arrived at our house in ~2 hours (despite the icy roads), and immediately knew what the issue was. He ran out to get a part and was able to fix it in an hour. He was professional and very helpful. I highly recommend them!!

Thought I had hired this company but apparently not? Called in, said I wanted the water heater replaced, gave them the size / type, confirmed I wanted the one they purchase, given an estimate, scheduled a time, etc. Guys show up. No call to let me know they're coming but ok. Not a big deal. The guys have no clue why they're at my house. Tell me if I wanted the water heater replaced, I should have had an earlier appointment. How would I know that? I said I'd call someone else because they knew nothing about what I had called in for. He was going to write me an estimate. Uh? I asked when I called! Just no. Finding someone else.

Today I had someone from True Plumbing come to help me with slow running drains in the master bath as well as the guest bath. The service tech was BRENT. He was excellent. He said he needed to check both sinks first to see what the issues were, then we would talk price. After looking at both sinks, he knew right away what the problem was with each sink. As long as he didn't need to use any equipment, there would be no charge. That is exactly what happened!  He was able to clear the drains with just his hands and didn't charge anything.  I wasn't even charged a service call fee. Thank you True Plumbing for hiring someone as honest as BRENT. I'm sure he could have made it seem worse than it actually was.

These guys are great. Quoted a fair price to take car of my problem and charged $50 less than quoted plus came out same morning I called and finished in less than 2 hours,but were very thorough. Brian answered a number of other plumbing questions I had. Courteous and friendly guys. I have only written 2 reviews on Yelp. One was for a garage door company that deserved to be slammed as they were very shady (I did not get through Yelp to find them). I am glad my daughter told me about Yelp which helped me locate this excellent company.

I would like to thank  Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue.  They did an outstanding job. I had called a different plumbing first to diagnose my problem. The first plumbing company said that I had a slab leak. This company told me that I had to options to fix the problem.  One was to re-pipe  the plumbing through the attic, which was less expensive or they could tear up my slab, which was more expensive. They were also going to have rip out my walls to get to the pipes. It was then going to be up to me and my insurance company to repair the damage they created. I had a very uneasy feeling about their assessment of the situation. I called Direct Source Plumbing for a second opinion before any work was done by the first plumbing company. The Direct Source plumbers  took the time to listen to my concerns and then proceeded to do a follow up inspection. The Direct Source plumbers found the source of my leak within minutes. They said it was NOT a slab leak at all. They discovered that I had a leak in one of my pipes in my sprinkler system. All the other work that the first plumbing company was going to do  and CHARGE me for was unnecessary and also fraudulent.  Thank you again Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

I am very thankful I reached out to Mike for my plumbing issues. Mike was very responsive and prompt and did a fantastic job.

Bryson came in and told me what he thought the problem was, what other potential problems he might find, and what it should cost. He came in, took care of it fast, and everything is great. Definitely going with Bow Tie next time.

Thank you Kenny's Plumbing!  We now live in Chino Valley, Az., and have had water pressure problems for a year now.  The homeowner warranty company has been sending a plumbing company that has been to our house 3 times and the problem does not go away by replacing the pressure valve, and that plumber said he would not come back!  

Kenny's Plumbing came out today and diagnosed the problem to be the expansion tank and even moved it to the other side of the water heater, bad installation 13 years ago!  Most of the pipes and fittings were on their last legs and they replaced all of them.

I had a dishwasher air gap water overflowing problem. Auger Pros sent their team immediately after contacting. The technician Chance was able to clean the drain and fix the problem for me within 10 mins. They also honor me a discount for the service provided. Great job and great customer service. Thank you Auger Pros! I will definitely come back whenever I encounter any plumbing issues.

Last year I had Legacy come out to replace both hot water heaters of the house we had recently moved into.  Their work was professional (Jose and Brandon) and they were straight forward with work to be done and pricing before they started.  At that time Jose informed me of the Gold Plan benefits, and we signed up immediately.  (No service fees for one year, 5% preferred service discount on all services, Priority booking, etc..)  A few days later we had a leak in a main line at our rental houses and a leak under one of the houses.  Again we called Legacy and they took care of the work professionally and efficiently.   Even though the gold plan only applies to our personal residence, I feel we were given a fast appointment schedule due to being a past customer.  Now we are a year later, and because of Covid, I just scheduled our Gold Plan Annual Inspection plus we wanted an ice maker line installed in our laundry room.  Cole and Arrin were our techs for the day.  Once again I am impressed with the service Legacy Plumbing gives their clients.  The inspection uncovered I had two faucet cartridge leaks, and a couple of other minor issues that I can handle easily, plus the need to replace some shut off valves (issues I was already concerned with) that they tended to immediately.   I forgot to mention, before coming to our home this afternoon, we also had them back at our rentals, different house this time, to repair a leak under the house.   I definitely will renew my Gold Plan service and will continue to refer Legacy Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

I decided to try and do some light plumbing work, replace the old kitchen faucet, but when I went to shut off the water, the valve broke. I ran outside it to turn the water off to the house and went on Google to call a plumber. Of course, this happens at 5 o'clock, so I'm asking about after-hours service. Tahnee answered and after I explained my problem, she placed me on hold to try and get someone out. We got disconnected and she called me right back. She found a technician to come out within 25 minutes. Don arrived and was very professional and even put covers on his boots before entering my house. I explained/showed him the problem I created and he was reassuring and quick to quote me the cost to get it fixed. I agreed and Don got to work.

I rarely interact with companies anymore that are this polite and professional, let alone quick to respond. 5-stars across the board.

My sewer line clogged which was causing water to backup into the house.  Within an hour of calling, Hayden Rodriguez showed up and cleaned out the sewer line.  He was very professional, friendly and offered tips on how to prevent it from happening again.  I would not hesitate to call again.

This is a great company. I have used them exclusively many times. They are honest, competent, and trustworthy. As a pastor, I especially look for businesses that value integrity. This is truly a business that has that value. From the first phone call until your job is done, you will experience top-notch customer service and professionalism! These days, when there are so many fraudulent businesses on the market, stick with ones you know and trust. This is your place!

We had experience a leak around the toilet,  the response time was the next day.  The Plumbers  check the problem, we decided to replaced the toilet, that we purchased from the store. The plumbers returned in a timely matter to install the toilet.  Plumbers very friendly and professional.

My go to plumber!  I had our water heater fail on a Friday night.  I called several other plumbing businesses who were not able to respond.  I called and left a message for Jeff, who called back within 3 minutes.  He sent Robert to our home that night to ensure that there were no safety issues with a leaking water heater.  Robert came back the next day and installed a new one.  I have subsequently used them to service my water heater at my rental property.  Robert was present, as promised.  Don't call any other plumber!

Embarrassing I haven't written a review of Bee and Pablo but he's absolutely my #1 - reliable, great quality of work at very reasonable prices. Only downside is all of the above, which makes him always busy and difficult to schedule.  Other than that, can't have more love for this guy!

DISREPUTABLE!  Do not use this company.  They sent Gary who apparently has been with the company for 8 years (says a lot) to fix my hot water heater.  He shows up and 10 minutes later says he needs to go to the store to get parts and replace everything.  He is gone for almost 45 minutes (when I live 2 minutes from Home depot) and then returns to fix my hot water heater.  I leave for 30 minutes to pick up my kids from school and when I return, he is gone.  My 25 year old daughter was here and he didn't leave paperwork, didn't say anything to her, didn't check to see if the thermostat he replaced fixed the problem...NADA!

SO...I called the answering service and JIMMY the owner called me back and all I received was a well...uh...sorry, Gary has been with me for 8 years...uh...it is the warranty company's fault because we follow their guidelines?  Gee Jimmy, get a clue about customer service! Your guy didn't assess or identify the problem correctly so send his ass back out and fix my water heater so I can take a hot shower as opposed to a cold shower!!!  BUT NO...just a sorry but I can't do anything else?  REALLY???  Because the warranty company won't pay you again?  Good job Jimmy, owner of Mr. Young's plumbing!
