Best Drain Installation in Fort Worth TX

The plumber was good, the construction crew did well until they started cleaning up.

Had issues with my sewer line. Part of it was in the city easement but they wanted me to cut 3 trees down to fix it. I opted for a new tab into the main line, in which I would have to pay for. The city would do the tap and the easement, but I had ABC do the rest to my house.

The city rescheduled, put off, didn't respond. In contrast ABC responded right away and put up with last minute rescheduling because the city kept not showing up. Also, the city didn't do the full easement but just past the curb.

They had to make up for many of the cities shortcomings. I can't recommend them enough. They are reasonable, honest, and take pride in their work.

My lead was Daryl. I couldn't have  asked for a better guy.

Today I had someone from True Plumbing come to help me with slow running drains in the master bath as well as the guest bath. The service tech was BRENT. He was excellent. He said he needed to check both sinks first to see what the issues were, then we would talk price. After looking at both sinks, he knew right away what the problem was with each sink. As long as he didn't need to use any equipment, there would be no charge. That is exactly what happened!  He was able to clear the drains with just his hands and didn't charge anything.  I wasn't even charged a service call fee. Thank you True Plumbing for hiring someone as honest as BRENT. I'm sure he could have made it seem worse than it actually was.

Very good worker. Our service man was Tyler, and he came out quickly and got the job done efficiently. We had some leaking from our old toilet on the second floor, and it needed a new wax ring. Tyler led us through the process, letting us know at every step the cost of each procedure. He also let us know what it would cost to replace any parts that may be needed in the future. He fixed our problem easily, and was done in a jiffy. We will be calling this company for future repairs.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

Sewage line clog and broken pipe repair. Had an issue during the repair process, but after talking with Travis, they were quick to rectify the problem. It has been a pleasure doing business with Kenny's Plumbing. From the first contact with Janice, who was very helpful and nice, to the guys who installed my water heater. I have NEVER worked with anyone who was so honest and up front about the job. It is a family operation and all of them share the same honest friendly   DNA. I was informed step by step of what was being done. They didn't mind me rubber necking while they worked. Great people. I would give them 10 stars if available.  They will be the only plumbing contractor that I will use from now on.  Don't bother looking for another plumber. This is the one you need.

I needed 3 toilets installed as well as some quarter turns. I called 4 different companies and landed with AugerPros. Jerry the owner was very straightforward and easy to get a quote from over the phone. Service was quickly booked for the next morning. Chance and Justin arrived early and started the work promptly. I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Outstanding! Live Oak Plumbing provided excellent service. They were prompt, fair, and trustworthy professionals. They communicated every step of the way so we understood the problems, the diagnosis, and what they would do to fix the problem.

They came out to our home because we had a leak somewhere in the front yard. They responded the same day to look at the problem, and they easily diagnosed the first problem and fixed it. The second problem required a diagnostic tool to pinpoint the exact location of the leak. In both cases, they were able to dig a relatively small hole and fix the problems quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up after themselves and you can barely tell we had work done.

Lastly Easter Sunday, we had a problem, a different plumbing issue caused by my husband that flooded the downstairs closet and bedroom. They came out the next day and fixed the problem. Unbelievable customer service.

I am seldom impressed by home repair people but have complete faith and trust that they will help us with any plumbing repairs we may have in the future. They are truly a family-owned business that takes care of its clients.

I'm a landlord with multiple properties and occasionally need help with plumbing issues.  I've used this Roto-Rooter location twice for drain blockages.  They are polite, efficient on the phone, dispatch quickly, professional (according to my tenants), address the issue quickly, and are fairly priced.  As a guy that deals with a lot of subcontractors, this place stands out as top of the class. Cory and his assistant were great. They were on time for both appointments I had - One for Estimate and one for the work. I would not hesitate to bring them out again for any future plumbing needs that arise. I had them replace 14 Emergency water shutoff valves, install new washer water supply valve box, repair a toilet and repair kitchen faucet.

I cannot say enough good things about this company!!! EVERYONE is amazing to work with and completely professional at every appointment.  They have FAR exceeded all of my  expectations. I will 100% be using them in the future for ANYTHING i need.
