Best A/C Installation in Fort Worth TX

I had low water pressure in my home since last August. Finally decided to do something about it. I called the right people! Sergey was my technician. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and clean. He explained what he was doing during every procedure he completed. Ended up finding and changing a main line pressure adjustment valve. We needed to replace a leaking water heater. Called and spoke to a very informative and very nice lady on Thursday. She scheduled the installation for Saturday. Daryl Christopher came by on Friday to check the placement. He was back Saturday morning. Heater installed, the old one hauled off, all done quickly.
Very friendly and personable. I highly recommend ABC Plumbing. I will definitely call them for all our plumbing needs.

Felt like I was overcharged for what I got. Was told an office manager would call me but never heard anything.

These guys are great. Quoted a fair price to take car of my problem and charged $50 less than quoted plus came out same morning I called and finished in less than 2 hours,but were very thorough. Brian answered a number of other plumbing questions I had. Courteous and friendly guys. I have only written 2 reviews on Yelp. One was for a garage door company that deserved to be slammed as they were very shady (I did not get through Yelp to find them). I am glad my daughter told me about Yelp which helped me locate this excellent company.

Had a toilet and shower backed up...called around 8am and had someone here by 1030...Tyler was very professional and efficient! Will definitely use them again if I have problems.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

I requested a quote to locate and fix a leak. I spoke to Travis who was very polite and had quickly responded to my call. The guys showed up on time and quickly located the leak and solved the issue. The guys were very polite and kept me informed through out the job. The repair ended up being less than the quote. In my opinion, this outfit is very honest, up-front and punctual. I would definitely call on them again if needed.

I was very pleased with Kenny's Plumbing. The whole team was knowledgeable and friendly. From my understanding, Janice oversees the details and scheduling. Kenny and his sons do the work. The guys arrived at my place on time, as promised. They got right to work; explained everything to me, and gave me some options on next-steps. They were in and out most of the day/ I had a lot of fun with them all. We joked a bit. But when it came down to it, they got the job done efficiently. I was most impressed! I sought out Auger Pros because of the excellent reviews I saw here on Yelp. I originally wanted to get some foundation work done so I needed a hydrostatic test done. Chance from Auger Pros came out and told me that it's not possible to perform the hydrostatic test due to the way my cast iron cleanouts were set up (the two cleanouts were so adjacent they were almost touching). At Chance's recommendation, I had them install a PVC cleanout that would be a future proof upgrade from the original cast iron. Upon excavation and installation of the PVC cleanout, Chance noticed that without even having to dig under the house there was a hole in the pipe next to the installed cleanout. We agreed to excavate 5 feet under the house and replace 5 feet of pipe. Upon excavation it was discovered that the bottom of the cast iron pipe was just gone, and what did remain was so thin it crumbled to the touch. He recommended repiping of the house which was not cheap, but Auger Pros offers financing, so I got setup with Synchrony Bank to get the entire house repiped. Throughout the process I was informed and understood what was going on. Chance ensured that I understood what work was occurring when. He set expectations about when the work would be done and reasonably stated when there may be delays. He also ensured after the work was completed that I physically saw the hydrostatic test performing as expected after having the pipes replaced.

It's really bad news to learn that I had to repipe the house, but the reality is that the pipes were old and crusty since the house was built in 1975 and it had to be done. I'm glad I had Chance from Auger Pros completing the work. I hope I never have to see them again but I know that I'm in good hands if I do have to make a plumbing call.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

I decided to try and do some light plumbing work, replace the old kitchen faucet, but when I went to shut off the water, the valve broke. I ran outside it to turn the water off to the house and went on Google to call a plumber. Of course, this happens at 5 o'clock, so I'm asking about after-hours service. Tahnee answered and after I explained my problem, she placed me on hold to try and get someone out. We got disconnected and she called me right back. She found a technician to come out within 25 minutes. Don arrived and was very professional and even put covers on his boots before entering my house. I explained/showed him the problem I created and he was reassuring and quick to quote me the cost to get it fixed. I agreed and Don got to work.

I rarely interact with companies anymore that are this polite and professional, let alone quick to respond. 5-stars across the board.

I had a great experience with this company. Made an appointment for an estimate to repair a cracked sewer line, the day of the appointment the company called to let me know the tech was 20 minutes away. The tech was prompt, polite and quoted me a price that was 1/3 of what 3 other companies quoted. I scheduled the work for the next afternoon (they offered to start right then but I had an appointment).

The next day the tech was on time and completed the job in just a few hours. Price was right around the quote and they did a great job!

Great people.  Honest and caring.  They found out there problem was not my plumbing but my neighbor over watering.  They investigated all of this and didn't even charge me!!!!  I can't believe I found people who know what actual customer service is!!!!  I will Definitely be using and recommend them .

John showed up 20 minutes before the estimated time,  took care of a stopped up kitchen sink, installed a new sink, faucet and all new pvc drains in less than 2 hours. Great job,  great service Thanks a lot guys.

It took me almost two weeks to get a hold of someone to schedule appointment after they gave me quote. After coming to fix my plumbing issues the kitchen faucet was installed backwards and someone else had to come to fix it and install correctly. The faucet in the bathroom isn't putting out water after it was fixed, so they are sending someone else out to look at it to try to fix it. I know businesses want perfect reviews on yelp but this was my experience with this company. If you put a bad review they will ask you to remove it or change it,  so they can have perfect rating.  No one is perfect. I did change my score because they did try to make it right.

Excellent work!  I've had Jeff install kitchen faucets, refrigerator ice maker water line and water filters at a couple of houses.  Very professional work at reasonable prices. Rare to find a professional who takes personal pride in his work and provides honest assessment of the work required.

I needed to repair the main water service and was lucky enough to find one of the best plumbers in the DFW area, thanks to these reviews.  He responded promptly to my calls and texts; and when he finally came out, he completed the job quickly and efficiently.  I have recommended him to numerous family members and friends.  He does amazing work at affordable prices.

Side note:  He is always in VERY high demand; so, please Bee patient, it may be a few days before he can get out to help you - but know that it will definitely be worth the wait!

DISREPUTABLE!  Do not use this company.  They sent Gary who apparently has been with the company for 8 years (says a lot) to fix my hot water heater.  He shows up and 10 minutes later says he needs to go to the store to get parts and replace everything.  He is gone for almost 45 minutes (when I live 2 minutes from Home depot) and then returns to fix my hot water heater.  I leave for 30 minutes to pick up my kids from school and when I return, he is gone.  My 25 year old daughter was here and he didn't leave paperwork, didn't say anything to her, didn't check to see if the thermostat he replaced fixed the problem...NADA!

SO...I called the answering service and JIMMY the owner called me back and all I received was a well...uh...sorry, Gary has been with me for 8 years...uh...it is the warranty company's fault because we follow their guidelines?  Gee Jimmy, get a clue about customer service! Your guy didn't assess or identify the problem correctly so send his ass back out and fix my water heater so I can take a hot shower as opposed to a cold shower!!!  BUT NO...just a sorry but I can't do anything else?  REALLY???  Because the warranty company won't pay you again?  Good job Jimmy, owner of Mr. Young's plumbing!
