Price was a little high given the level of effort required to do relatively minor gas line work however very responsive, timely, and high level customer service.

Our main water pipe had an extremely costly leak. We had several plumbers come take a look, provide estimates and some plainly did not want to deal with our large job. However, when Jason arrived, he was able quickly to identify the issue, provide a same day quote and get us on the schedule. I'd recommend ABC plumbing for large jobs to save yourself costs. They were able to saw cut the driveway, lay new concrete and replace the old pipe. The gentleman provided excellent customer service and the company gave a wonderful warranty. Thank you to the owner Jason and his hard workers Taylor, Hunter, Chris, Steven and everyone at ABC plumbing!! The only con is that now we just have to let the grass grow back where the trench was dug. Other than that all stars in my book!!

We had a leaky kitchen faucet and were prepared to have a new one installed, but when Cameron from True Plumbing checked it out he told us that it was just a connection problem. In a matter of minutes he had the new parts installed...and no more leaks!  We know who to call for plumbing issues in the future. True Plumbing was on-time, took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price.

The sweetest technicians, Ryan and Cameron came out to look at my parent's leaking shower faucet and basically said we just needed to replace the handle and didn't charge us anything for the service call! Prompt reliable service!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. The 30 day warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. Stay away from this company.

We bought a new home and found it took almost forever for hot water to get across the house. The house previously had a foundation leak and I was concerned a new re-circ hot water pump would stress the pipes again. Bobby came out and suggested a smart plug that would learn our routines. He completely rerouted the circulation of the hot water and added a re-circ pump and expansion tank... I spoke w 2 other companies, but no one observerved the situation more comprehensively than Bobby. I felt he really listened to my concerns and explained his thoughts thorougly. The bid was reasonable. Work was professionally done (without shortcuts). I think I just found my new go to plumber!

Had a leak when connecting service to a home in Prescott during the week after a snowstorm. Two other plumbers I called were busy. I called Kenny; he answered the phone, said he was on a call, gave me Janice's phone number. She was helpful and friendly; she sent me a status update of when Matthew would be onsite. Matthew was onsite as promised the next morning, fixed the leak; they sent me an update by email. Great service!

Found Augerpros through various reviews on line (all 5 star). Being new to the area I decided to give them a try. One, just to get the job done and two so my husband would not have to complete the work.  Had them come out to add a connector and on/off valve to our gas pipe in the kitchen so we could add a gas range.  It is pointless at this time to go through the detailed issues I encountered with the tech and the work.   What I want to really focus on is the response from the owner of this company, Jerry Schrader and how he handled the entire situation. Within a very short period my opinion of this company went from  horrible  (0)  to one that was handled in an efficient and timely manner with professionalism beyond what I could have ever expected (way above (10) on a scale of 1-10.  I simply cannot say enough about the level of courtesy and respect that was given me as a customer and it was not long before I realized why this company has so many 5 star reviews. A company's employees standards, performance and results are based on what the management and owners set as the standard to begin with. Jerry and his company sincerely care about their customers and the job their employees do. He did not just go the extra mile, he went the extra 100 and this is a completely honest and accurate statement.   We 'will' use Augerpros again! This is the second time Ahndre has come to our house to fix things up. This time he brought his colleague Tyler. They were friendly, informative and efficient in descaling our tankless Water Heater and Ahndre fulfilled his promise to find and check our water shut-off valve which we never found when we potentially needed it a year ago. Overall, we are very pleased with the work that has been done and both Ahndre and Tyler were professionals taking good care and thought during this service call.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Our shower has been leaking for a while and finally got to the point I couldn't stand the dripping sound as it was basically like water torture dripping all day and night.  Normally we could change out everything on our own but guess we waited too long and the buildup was too much that we couldn't get it off on our own.

Anyways I called a few different locations for quotes on a Thursday.  Lee from Bluebonnet responded first, came over that same day for a quote.  He was back by Tuesday and it took him all of thirty minutes to remove and replace the shower handle for us.  Price was exactly what he quoted as was the time to do the job.  If I ever have any other plumbing needs I will be calling Bluebonnet and asking for Lee.

I had a great experience with this company. Made an appointment for an estimate to repair a cracked sewer line, the day of the appointment the company called to let me know the tech was 20 minutes away. The tech was prompt, polite and quoted me a price that was 1/3 of what 3 other companies quoted. I scheduled the work for the next afternoon (they offered to start right then but I had an appointment).

The next day the tech was on time and completed the job in just a few hours. Price was right around the quote and they did a great job!

Quality of service is not in line with the price.  I've used them for 3 separate jobs at my house.  The last job was a major sewer line replacement under a concrete pool deck.  They had to tunnel under the deck from one end, and dig up a flower bed by the house for the other end.  The new sewer line functions properly now.  The plumbing work they do is fine.  When I addressed my concerns with how the project went (e.g. burying a sprinkler head under the house when they back-filled the tunnel), the owner didn't seem to care much, and even pointed the finger at his own subcontractors (that's your problem, not mine).  It's not that the sprinkler head was a huge deal - they just didn't handle the little things well.  I expected more for the price I paid.  I'll be in the market for a new plumber in this area.

This morning Jeremy Wilkerson cane to my house to fix a clogged sink. Jeremy was very professional, he was promt, considerate and was very knowledgeable of his job. Other plumbing companies I have used never displayed this professionalism. This spoke highly of him as an individual employee and the management that runs this great company. If the remainder of the employees share the same traits he does you can't go wrong in going with Blacktie Plumbing

Is this place still in business? The yelp site says open 24/7. When I checked B4 I called, it showed open. I tried to call twice to request service due to reviews on yelp. The phone rang many times, then it switched to a voice recording saying we are closed... It didn't ask me to leave a message or give any more info as to when I could call back or how to schedule an appointment.

Pablo is very nice and professional, he fixed the leak under my kitchen sink and answered all my questions.

Don was terrific! Detected and fixed a slab leak with minimal after math in the garage dry wall. Was professional and very informative through the whole process. Very competitive pricing up front and no hidden fees later! He even fixed a wiring issue on my hot water heater for no extra charge! I had shopped around and felt very comfortable and confident in his work and honesty. I would highly recommend Live Oak Plumbing!

We had an awesome experience with Eddie and William from Mr. Young's Plumbing. They were very professional, and fixed most of our plumbing problems. They did find a larger problem than expected, but are returning to fix everything just perfect! They were great!
