Best Toilet Repair in Fort Worth TX

Michael was very friendly and did a great job.
However,  I do feel like I was nickel and dimed for the services I had completed. I spent $3000 for a job I had budgeted half that for, but needed the job done ASAP.. Looking over my invoice I am confused as to what remodel services means. He literally plumbed for a second sink and hooked up 2 faucets and changed out another faucet for downstairs. In the future I will shop around.

Thought I had hired this company but apparently not? Called in, said I wanted the water heater replaced, gave them the size / type, confirmed I wanted the one they purchase, given an estimate, scheduled a time, etc. Guys show up. No call to let me know they're coming but ok. Not a big deal. The guys have no clue why they're at my house. Tell me if I wanted the water heater replaced, I should have had an earlier appointment. How would I know that? I said I'd call someone else because they knew nothing about what I had called in for. He was going to write me an estimate. Uh? I asked when I called! Just no. Finding someone else.

12 Years ago I called them, used them a half dozen times since. No nonsense business approach. Sheila calls me by my first name. Friendly company to do business with. And everything they fixed is still fixed.

We received fast friendly service, and the price was within our budget.

I would like to thank  Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue.  They did an outstanding job. I had called a different plumbing first to diagnose my problem. The first plumbing company said that I had a slab leak. This company told me that I had to options to fix the problem.  One was to re-pipe  the plumbing through the attic, which was less expensive or they could tear up my slab, which was more expensive. They were also going to have rip out my walls to get to the pipes. It was then going to be up to me and my insurance company to repair the damage they created. I had a very uneasy feeling about their assessment of the situation. I called Direct Source Plumbing for a second opinion before any work was done by the first plumbing company. The Direct Source plumbers  took the time to listen to my concerns and then proceeded to do a follow up inspection. The Direct Source plumbers found the source of my leak within minutes. They said it was NOT a slab leak at all. They discovered that I had a leak in one of my pipes in my sprinkler system. All the other work that the first plumbing company was going to do  and CHARGE me for was unnecessary and also fraudulent.  Thank you again Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue.

After being quoted around $6000 by another local plumber, who told us our main line needed to be totally replaced, we decided to get a second opinion, and boy oh boy, am I glad we did!!!

Blake and his teammates Brand (I believe) and Joseph were fabulous!!!

Prompt, professional, and courteous, they managed to address and resolve the issue (roots in the pipe... I'm getting that dumb tree taken down.) in less than an hour!

And it didn't cost a fraction of the original quote.

I initially messaged Bow Tie to see when they could come out and check out a plumbing issue I was having. They responded just shortly after I'd contacted them, the next day or so they were here to do an inspection.
I was really pleased with their response time and professionalism , communication . I would definitely call them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Thank you Kenny's Plumbing!  We now live in Chino Valley, Az., and have had water pressure problems for a year now.  The homeowner warranty company has been sending a plumbing company that has been to our house 3 times and the problem does not go away by replacing the pressure valve, and that plumber said he would not come back!  

Kenny's Plumbing came out today and diagnosed the problem to be the expansion tank and even moved it to the other side of the water heater, bad installation 13 years ago!  Most of the pipes and fittings were on their last legs and they replaced all of them.

Very reliable and prompt response from Yelp.  Their workmanship was top notch.  One thing I've always questioned with other plumbers are the hidden fees if you don't buy a yearly service contract. These guys came out a few weeks ago to fix an issue we had with the plumbing in our master bathroom. Normally we try to fix household problems ourselves, but this particular issue was beyond us, so we decided to hire a professional. Prior to this incident, we'd never used Legacy Plumbing before or any other plumbing company for that matter.

Needless to say, my husband and I were a little nervous. How much was this going to cost us? Was this guy going to jerk us around and say we needed this and that done, when all we wanted was our master bathroom to function properly again?

I am pleased to report that 1) having our problem fixed was MUCH cheaper than either of us had anticipated (more on that in a moment) and 2) Matt, the plumber who came out, did not try to sell or talk us into anything; he was only there to fix our issue.

Matt was very professional and courteous. After examining our plumbing problem, he told us what he thought might be the issue, and then he got right to work. He located the issue, and was able to get everything back to working order within an hour. Best of all, the sewer cleaning he had to do was 1/2 off that day (a special they run on Wednesdays), so our fairly inexpensive bill became even lower! Sweet! We were thrilled, to say the least.

So, our first experience with a plumbing company ended in success. I would definitely call Legacy Plumbing again in the future, and I would recommend them to anyone having a plumbing issue. Be sure to ask about their specials so you can save even more money; they offer other discounts on different days of the week.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. I had a great experience with this company. Made an appointment for an estimate to repair a cracked sewer line, the day of the appointment the company called to let me know the tech was 20 minutes away. The tech was prompt, polite and quoted me a price that was 1/3 of what 3 other companies quoted. I scheduled the work for the next afternoon (they offered to start right then but I had an appointment).

The next day the tech was on time and completed the job in just a few hours. Price was right around the quote and they did a great job!

Great company and great service.  They were able to save me $700.00 on my hot water tank.  Another company quoted me $700.00 more.
