Nice technician and timely response. We had a small gas leak on the flex pipe on our water heater. The technician not only repaired the leak, but installed 2 sediment traps to bring it up to code for inspection. A++ would highly recommend.

Explained the issues I was having over the phone and got someone scheduled in a few days. When they showed up, they didn't know what problems I had and said they weren't told about it nor were they willing to fix it.

Our shower started draining slowly and pooling water, so we called True Plumbing and they sent someone out fairly quickly (within two days - it wasn't an emergency). We were given status updates for when the plumber would arrive, which was appreciated.
The plumber snaked the drain and $200 later, we were all good.

The next day, I was doing laundry on the other side of the house and I noticed water pooling on the floor. We called True again and they sent someone out the following day. This guy snaked the other side of the house and was in and out pretty quickly, with no charge.

Our experience with True was great and I will call them again if we ever have any other plumbing needs.

We just moved into a new house and had issues with our hot water heater and the kitchen faucet seemed loose... called Benjamin Franklin plumbers they came out for less than 5 mins told me the faucet needed to be replaced, charged me a trip fee of 6o dollars and left. Three days later a leak started under the sink  and when I turned on the disposal for the first time it sounded like glass was in it...

Called several plumbers to get a same day appt with no luck until we called O'Brian s, they gave us an ETA and showed up right on time. Eddie and Ryan were very professional and handled all our plumbing issues, we will continue to use their services in the future!

We called Direct Source after another local plumbing concern sent out what turned out to be a salesman in response to our request to auger a stopped up drain. The salesman spent some time surveying our situation and, it seemed, surveying my wife and me to see how much they could milk us for. They wanted almost $800 to get an actual plumber/tech to come behind the salesman and do the job. Charged us $39 (reduced from $69, so I guess we got a bargain) for the service call.

Direct Source sent a real plumber, Wes Hart, who showed up at our door promptly. He discussed some potential solutions if our problem persists, but did a basic clean out for $160 that seemed to make the most sense as what ought to try before turning to more drastic options.

These folks are the real deal!!!

After being quoted around $6000 by another local plumber, who told us our main line needed to be totally replaced, we decided to get a second opinion, and boy oh boy, am I glad we did!!!

We bought a new home and found it took almost forever for hot water to get across the house. The house previously had a foundation leak and I was concerned a new re-circ hot water pump would stress the pipes again. Bobby came out and suggested a smart plug that would learn our routines. He completely rerouted the circulation of the hot water and added a re-circ pump and expansion tank... I spoke w 2 other companies, but no one observerved the situation more comprehensively than Bobby. I felt he really listened to my concerns and explained his thoughts thorougly. The bid was reasonable. Work was professionally done (without shortcuts). I think I just found my new go to plumber!

Kenny and his son replaced my water heater and they did a wonderful job. They both were very knowledgeable, courteous, and precise. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Verde Valley. And I would also use them again.

Our shower faucet lever was becoming squeaky and difficult to turn and adjust. With my busy work schedule, and assuming that it was a problem with a faulty cartridge as we had experienced twice before, I decided to hire someone to come take a look at it.

Augerpros was super quick in their response to my request, and they could not have been more friendly and accommodating, even attempting to come out during the recent ice and snow storm until I informed them it was not an emergency and that they could wait a few days when the roads were safer.

The repair ended up being minor and they were done in probably a half hour, but it was more than worth the very reasonable charge to know it wasn't a bigger issue. I will absolutely hire them again for any future plumbing issues. A++

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). I had a great experience with this company. Made an appointment for an estimate to repair a cracked sewer line, the day of the appointment the company called to let me know the tech was 20 minutes away. The tech was prompt, polite and quoted me a price that was 1/3 of what 3 other companies quoted. I scheduled the work for the next afternoon (they offered to start right then but I had an appointment).

The next day the tech was on time and completed the job in just a few hours. Price was right around the quote and they did a great job!
