These guys were fantastic! We had an issue with water temperature in just one faucet in the house. They scheduled us quickly, showed up on time, and were super friendly. They got us taken care of promptly, couldn't recommend them enough!

Delighted with CTC professionals. The electrician arrived prepared to quote and do the installation of a circuit needed to recharge my Tesla efficiently. He examined the panel, is certified for work on Tesla power solutions, and gave me a detailed quote for the work parts and labor. I approved the reasonable quote and the paperwork was all done on his iPad and sent to me for signature. He was fastidious in keeping his wall cuts aesthetically pleasing and appropriate for the task. He finished the work in short order. We tested the charging station and it has been running smoothly ever since. I look forward to my next project with CTX!

Every person is 100% commission sales based. They will lie to you and up sale everything. Their training is it's okay to lie to the customer to get a sale. It's just a shame to have no integrity.

BEWARE! This company came out to repair our AC after it stopped working. Told us the compressor was completely shot, and we needed $7-8k in repairs or a new unit. After the worker left, we noticed that he left our freon caps only halfway screwed back on and they were rapidly dripping freon. This seemed shady, so we called another company for a second opinion. They said the compressor was NOT broken and had the whole unit up and running perfectly within 2 hours for $500. Hobson tried to rip us off for thousands of dollars, lied about the diagnosis and left our freon dripping. Shame on you!

After the thaw after the hard freeze, Feb., 2023, we noticed saturated ground outside our house. The first plumber sent a man who spoke almost no English, refused to answer questions, and charged me $80. I called Bill Blankenship. He came out almost immediately with a helper. They decided that there was 2 - 3 leaks under the slab. We decided that the saturated ground froze, expanded, and pinched the pipe under the slab. I could have them tunnel to the leak(s), or have the house re-plumbed with plastic but at a higher cost. I decided to have it re-plumbed. The USAA adjuster agreed with the price, the workers were courteous and competent, and repairs were made to all of the holes made in the sheetrock. Also, he replaced 2 toilets and checked on his help every few hours and inspected their work. He was courteous and gave me advice about the work being done. It was a large project, and I was only out the deductible on my policy.
