WOW am I impressed! Schrader went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer.    There was some miscommunication with the first plumber and Schrader brought me a new toilet and installed it at no charge, they also installed a new tub faucet at no charge.  I will use them any time I have a plumbing issue.

Taylor and Kris were awesome.  I needed my garbage disposal replaced and they took care of everything quickly and professionally.  They called before coming out, showed up on time and had everything completed in under an hour.  Great service and will definitely use ABC again

I had a pluming issue late at night. Called around 10:00pm, got an answer, a cost estimate as well as an estimate for an arrival time the next morning.

I have an older home and have called several services in the past, so I have a knowledgeable comparison of service in the DFW Metroplex. What I experienced when David and Kyle came out was uncompromised professional service. They went above and beyond to help me, and even educated me on do it yourself prevention. These men are kind, friendly, fair, experienced, but most of all Results Driven. Lastly, they are reasonably priced, and completely affordable, which is not often the case with local competitors. I can honestly say David and Kyle delivered an amazing experience, and I will never use anyone else. They have my family for life.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

We bought a new home and found it took almost forever for hot water to get across the house. The house previously had a foundation leak and I was concerned a new re-circ hot water pump would stress the pipes again. Bobby came out and suggested a smart plug that would learn our routines. He completely rerouted the circulation of the hot water and added a re-circ pump and expansion tank... I spoke w 2 other companies, but no one observerved the situation more comprehensively than Bobby. I felt he really listened to my concerns and explained his thoughts thorougly. The bid was reasonable. Work was professionally done (without shortcuts). I think I just found my new go to plumber!

We had no water due to a burst connection and our own confusion over the water line to the house. We were lucky enough to have Kenny's get the work order through our First American protection plan. It's a family business and Matt and Jared came over first thing, despite a full day of appointments, and quickly addressed everything. They were so kind, professional, efficient and just genuinely nice that we were incredibly impressed.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Our hot water heater sprung a leak and had to be replaced.  I Augerpros went out of their way to make sure everything was installed correctly and all of the surroundings in my garage were protected during the installation. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. I don't normally write reviews. But I can't pass up this opportunity to share with people who are looking for great plumber like Jeff. I've had several tech's to do some work for me. All of them didn't want to give a simple quote I asked for. After inspection they always sounded fishy and were ready to charge me unreasonable price and tag on unnecessary item cost. Very suspicious.

I texted Jeff asking for a quote for replacement of my leaking garbage disposal. (BTW I called other company on Yelp to compare the price and they played the same game instead of giving me simple quote). He simply gave me a typical price for the type of item I was looking for. I set up an appointment between 7-8am and he showed up at 7am. He explained to me garbage disposal needs to be replaced and loose faucet needs to be tightened. He told me the cost which turned out to be even less than what he originally quoted me. He finished the job in a timely manner. He replaced the disposer and  drain, and tightened faucet. Ran the dishwasher a few times to clean it out. Swapped the hot and cold supplies on the kitchen faucet, they were reversed (by another bad plumber).

Once he was done he asked me to text him my info so he can bill me. It seemed he was in a hurry to get to his next scheduled appointment and told me that he will email me the invoice tomorrow morning.

What I'm saying is that he wasn't even worried about getting paid. He cared about his work being done properly and efficiently. I feel he's a true professional who loves his job and good at what he does. This was the first time I experienced it. I followed Yelp to find Jeff. I'm happy with his service, price, and professionalism. I hope this will help those who need plumbing services.

I've had three different plumbers come to my house for issues and Pablo was the best by far.  In fact, he may have been the best serviceman I've ever had come to my house. He is extremely kind, respectful, and honest.  I was suspicious when I saw so many 5-star ratings on yelp, but when he came to my house it all made sense.  He thoroughly evaluated the problem I was having and patiently answered all the questions I was having.  He is the sole employee and the business owner and doesn't try to sell you work that doesn't need to be done.

Previously, a larger plumbing company came by and said I needed to replace my sewer line, which would cost me $1300. Pablo inspected it himself and let me know that it was actually in good condition and did not need to be replaced.  I had him come back to my house a second time to plumb the primary drain line from the attic AC unit to the p-trap under the sink.  The plumbing was done very well and now my attic ac unit drains properly.  He also noticed my existing p-trap was installed incorrectly and he fixed that for me.  See pictures of before and after installing the drain line from the attic AC unit.

Pablo is very busy because he has been in the business a long time with a strong foundation of quality plumbing work and has built up a large following of customers who continue to go back to him. I highly recommend Pablo for your plumbing service needs.

Don was terrific! Detected and fixed a slab leak with minimal after math in the garage dry wall. Was professional and very informative through the whole process. Very competitive pricing up front and no hidden fees later! He even fixed a wiring issue on my hot water heater for no extra charge! The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Have used Roto-Rooter before and trusted them.  No more.  When I use them it is always for the same service - cleaning out the sewer line from the clean out to the house and out to the alley.  In 2006 this was $150.  In 2010 it had gone up to $175.  Pretty reasonable.  We decided to call them out about 6 months later to prepare for several events at our house.  The line seemed to be slowing down.

The service guy showed up and quoted me a price of $270.  This was almost a $100 more than 6 months previously.  I went in and checked the previous charge to confirm.  When I came back out to question it he gave several reasons.  Having to clean out both ways, price increase.  However, he promptly dropped the price to $180 with a 10% discount.  My BS detector went off and I told him to tell me what I owed for him coming out and for him to pack up.  (I try to be fair in my dealings with people)  He told me there was a $90 charge.  While he was loading up I called the office.  They could not give me a price or explanation of the discrepancy of the charges.  They told me that there should be no charge for him coming out - it was a free estimate.

I contacted their customer service info.  Played phone tag with a guy from the local franchise.  He just kept asking several questions and never gave any real explanation for the behavior or apology.

I will do this service myself in the future or will hire a true local company.

We had a leak in the piping of our roof. Larry came out the next day and took care of it like it was no problem at all. Very courteous and affordable services! Thank you!
