We had a plumbing crisis on the Friday before Easter & we're scheduled to sell our house a week later- ARGH!!!!  But awesome Schrader Plumbing to the rescue, on the Saturday before Easter.

James and Schrader are our heroes!  A blockage in our sewer line caused AWFUL smells & water running from toilets in 2 bathrooms!  He cleared the blockage & scoped to be sure no other problem.  And such a nice guy too!

12 Years ago I called them, used them a half dozen times since. No nonsense business approach. Sheila calls me by my first name. Friendly company to do business with. And everything they fixed is still fixed.

Eddie and Everett arrived right on time. They quickly assessed the problem and efficiently and professionally fixed the problem. They both were pleasant and professional. They waived the dispatch fee since we live in Allen. I was very impressed and will call on them again for any future plumbing needs.

Had a toilet and shower backed up...called around 8am and had someone here by 1030...Tyler was very professional and efficient! Will definitely use them again if I have problems.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

Travis and his team did an amazing job with our complex custom plumbing project for outdoor gas lines for gas torches we were installing.  

I wish we found them earlier in the planning phase, but once we had a chance to review the project together, the attention to detail was clear and I could see they had quite a bit of experience behind them.

The project went perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the work they did - from figuring out how best to route the gas line to working around the landscaping that was part of the project.

Will definitely be working only with them in the future for plumbing projects; they know what they're doing and communicate it well!

It has been a pleasure doing business with Kenny's Plumbing. From the first contact with Janice, who was very helpful and nice, to the guys who installed my water heater. I have NEVER worked with anyone who was so honest and up front about the job. It is a family operation and all of them share the same honest friendly   DNA. I was informed step by step of what was being done. They didn't mind me rubber necking while they worked. Great people. I would give them 10 stars if available.  They will be the only plumbing contractor that I will use from now on.  Don't bother looking for another plumber. This is the one you need.

Have you ever been in the middle of a Robot Rebellion? The mechanical uprising I'm currently trying to live through began about a month ago - when - after spending nearly $400 trying to resuscitate a vintage gas dryer - I finally came to the much needed conclusion that it might just be cheaper to simply buy a new dryer than to try and fix my now antiquated model. And, so, I went to a number of big box stores - before finally purchasing one for nearly $700 (because of the COVID Crisis - appliances and appliance salespeople seem to be in short supply - and the appliances they currently have in stock - definitely seem to be overpriced). And, now, nearly a month later - I am anxiously awaiting the fourth delivery attempt of the new dryer - after the third attempt was a failure earlier today - because of an error of the LCM type (either Larry or Curly or Moe lost the invoice).

Anyway, about two weeks into the dryer crisis, a fair number of the other machines that make my house run - began to complain about their working conditions - with the ice maker suddenly deciding I might want fluffy, slushy ice instead of the hard, cold variety - and the oven getting finicky as to whether it felt like lighting itself when certain preparations were placed within . . .

The latest skirmish occurred late last night - while I was preparing for the third non-delivery of the fabled gas dryer. Right around midnight (it always happens around midnight - have you ever noticed?) - both sinks in my kitchen suddenly began to clog up. After trying a variety of different remedies including the age-old ritual of plunging, the baking soda and vinegar trick, and finally surrendering to half a bottle of the forbidden Drano - I finally gave up when the dishwasher began to join in on the chorus and ran over with dirty Drano-laced water.

And, so, at around five in the morning, I began searching the internet for the best plumbers around - and finally found a plumbing company called Augerpros Plumbing (among a number of other companies listed on YELP in my area). The thing that initially caught my attention with Augerpros - was that it had a four-and-a-half out of a five star rating with 49 reviews - whereas - just about all of the other companies barely had two-and-a-half and three star ratings.

Because I was still eagerly awaiting my non-delivery of the legendary dryer early this morning - I called Augerpros promptly at eight when they opened and talked to a wonderful lady named Kaye (turns out - she's the owner!). To tell the truth, I actually felt relieved just talking with Kaye! She seemed to have the perfect friendly and compassionate manner to deal with a somewhat beaten down and - by this time - whiny fellow like myself. She said she'd be glad to take care of things - and offered to get someone over to my house by 2:30 in the afternoon. As it turned out - my repair guy - Richard - was able to get over to my house before 2:00 - and WAS JUST GREAT TO WORK WITH!!! Richard was very businesslike - respectful - knew just exactly what he was doing - and what's more - did it!! Also, he gave me a quote within ten minutes - and stuck to it!! He got the job taken care of quickly and efficiently - and I now have clean dishes and a dry and clean kitchen - and one less combatant to face on the field of battle with my current Robot Rebellion.

Now, if I can just get that dryer delivered and working on Friday . . .

After 3 plumbers coming out and scratching their heads, these guys came out and had an excellent plan and execution. Also offered another option which will save me money down the road. Great counsel and communication.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

We called and in 30 minutes they send a plumber over to fix our bathroom faucet he was in and out in 30 minutes as well..Plumber was really nice and explained the situation and what he did to fix it thoroughly. Pablo is Super nice! When I found water leak around the water box where the main line goes into the house, I asked several companies for quote according to high Yelp rating.
The pricing was very reasonable compared to some other seemingly big company. More importantly he deserves the high reputation. Pablo was very helpful, knowledgeable, experienced and skillful, professional and patient. The problem was completely resolved and he was able to locate three leak points in total and fixed them completely.
Pablo said he owns the company and works for himself. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, I believe you can check with Pablo first!

Outstanding! Live Oak Plumbing provided excellent service. They were prompt, fair, and trustworthy professionals. They communicated every step of the way so we understood the problems, the diagnosis, and what they would do to fix the problem.

They came out to our home because we had a leak somewhere in the front yard. They responded the same day to look at the problem, and they easily diagnosed the first problem and fixed it. The second problem required a diagnostic tool to pinpoint the exact location of the leak. In both cases, they were able to dig a relatively small hole and fix the problems quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up after themselves and you can barely tell we had work done.

Lastly Easter Sunday, we had a problem, a different plumbing issue caused by my husband that flooded the downstairs closet and bedroom. They came out the next day and fixed the problem. Unbelievable customer service.

I am seldom impressed by home repair people but have complete faith and trust that they will help us with any plumbing repairs we may have in the future. They are truly a family-owned business that takes care of its clients.

I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I'm a landlord with multiple properties and occasionally need help with plumbing issues.  I've used this Roto-Rooter location twice for drain blockages.  They are polite, efficient on the phone, dispatch quickly, professional (according to my tenants), address the issue quickly, and are fairly priced.  As a guy that deals with a lot of subcontractors, this place stands out as top of the class. Noticed our  hot water Heater was leaking on Sunday night.  I had previously used Ztinaon plumbing so I text Carissa at 11 PM the office manager and Larry wife.  Sent over some pictures and she replied immediately.  She asked if Larry could stop by in the mor ing on a holiday.  Larry was very prompt and gave me a very fair price and the did the job same day.
