Best Pipe Repair in Fort Worth TX

My water heater decided to give up on me and I was in desperate need for repair. I contacted another plumbing company but was very frustrated from horrible customer service. I contacted Schrader Plumbing and was immediately thankful for reaching John Schrader, owner He was so friendly, easy to talk to, and understood my frustration. He made every effort to come as soon as he could, even though he had several other service calls to make. He was very thorough and took the time to make sure the job was done right; he went above and beyond. I will definitely use John as my go to plumber and recommend him to all of my friends. Thanks John!!

I first used these guys a year ago - found them by accident!  Actually thought I was calling a different plumber....anyway lucky for me this company has been awesome.  Over the past year they have done several jobs for us from installing toilets, fixed leaking pipes, replacing a water heater, installing faucets etc...

After receiving a $3500 estimate to install my pelican water system by schrader plumbing, I called True Plumbing.  Cameron was nice, polite and HONEST.  He explained to me the cost which was one third of what Schrader offered.  I appreciated his fair price, but since I bought the unit from the manufacturer, pelican had a better deal.  I do want to tell you that their honesty is much appreciated.  That is hard to come by, and next time if I have plumbing needs, I will call them back for sure.

On Sunday our toilet started to back up and simultaneously our shower drain as well.

I was able to call O'Bryan on Monday later morning and they had next day availability and said they would let me know if something became available later that day (which didn't happen but good to know they offered and tried to accommodate)

Reece and his partner arrived ahead of our scheduled time (with notice provided) and diligently and respectfully listened and investigated the situation. They thoroughly looked around the house for the least invasive entry points and started to work. After a few tries they were able to diagnose and remove the blockage on our line! Everything was looking great and I thought we were near the end but during the last round of checks the toilet started to overflow again.

So Reece and his partner went back to work; and started inspecting the toilet, reran their auger, even took the toilet apart to check the seal, and discovered a small tag had somehow choked off the toilet during the initial checks!

After about two hours of work they were able to fix everything and left our place in pristine order. If Reece is an indication of O'Bryan's character I'd hire them over and over.

These guys were some of the nicest people I've encountered. I will call on them time and time again. Highly recommended!

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Juan Pablo was great! Arrived early.
Examined both the needs I had communicated with him via text. Had to run out to get a part that was not included in the faucet I had purchased. Finished the whole project up with an hour. Price charged was cheaper than he quoted me. Highly recommend Juan Pablo and will be calling him soon for some additional plumbing work.

They did a great job, from the scheduling, to arrival time, to pricing.. I was very happy with the service. Will certainly use Live Oak Plumbing in the future. Great job guys!!

Both toilets backed up and it was July 4th weekend. Another company said they could come by on Monday. The situation couldn't sit until Monday. Was directed to go thru Mr Young sw Kim, she was very professional and courteous.  Was given a window of 11-4 and plumber showed up promptly at 11a. Spoke with Eric and then Robert brought the 'snake' to take care of backup.  I 100% recommend the company and will be reaching out to them for any plumbing issues. It's refreshing to deal with a company, that the owner and employees show that you as a customer are valued.

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I'm a landlord with multiple properties and occasionally need help with plumbing issues.  I've used this Roto-Rooter location twice for drain blockages.  They are polite, efficient on the phone, dispatch quickly, professional (according to my tenants), address the issue quickly, and are fairly priced.  As a guy that deals with a lot of subcontractors, this place stands out as top of the class.
