Best Gas Water Heater Repair in Fort Worth TX

Service was scheduled within 24 hours of contacting them and the office called ahead to let us know the team could arrive earlier than scheduled. Damien assessed the situation and clearly explained repair options along with pricing. Based on the age of the units and other factors, we decided to get both our toilets replaced. Damien and Mando were polite, courteous and very respectful of our property. Thank you gentlemen!! I will gladly call on Schrader Plumbing for any future needs and will recommend them to others.

I went with ABC Plumbing in Sept. 2020 to replace 3 toilets and install a new water heater/circulation pump in our house.  They did a great job, plumbers were professional and clearly took pride in their work.  If this is where our story ended they'd receive 5/5 stars in this review.

However, recently we've been interested in installing a water softener and replacing our leaky bathtub faucet.  I called up ABC Plumbing and they sent someone out.  I received a quote from Jason for $325 to remove the tub skirt, install a customer provided faucet and rough in, then reinstall the skirt.  It took us several months to decide against a water softener, and in the mean time we ordered the replacement faucet and rough in for the tub.  Approximately 6 months after the receiving the original quote, I scheduled the faucet repair with ABC Plumbing for a Wednesday at 9 AM, with the understanding that prices may have increased since our quote was from earlier this year.  Not a problem, prices have increased everywhere lately.

Day of the service: plumbers arrived an hour late, one of them took a few steps into our home, went back outside, vomited several times and mentioned he was sick, then came inside, with streaks of vomit covering the front of his shirt, took one look at the tub and claimed they will not remove/reinstall the tub skirt, so therefore won't replace the faucet.  The only response I get from ABC Plumbing is that the technician claims they will not remove/reinstall the tub skirt, even though the quote (picture attached) clearly shows Re-install skirt.

I don't understand what happened here, Jason provided a quote after coming into our home and checking out the bathtub.  Now, the day of the service, the other plumbers claim they're unwilling to remove the tub skirt.  Back in September 2020 I'd recommend ABC Plumbing to anyone.  Now?  I'd look elsewhere.

Also, if your employees are sick and vomiting don't send them into a customer's home.

We had a waterline leak in our front yard and we'd had received three quotes but something in my bones told me to check with True plumbing before making our final decision. I'm glad that I did! They came out right away, did an assessment, gave me a price and told me that they can fit me in the very next day!

They were able to do a pull through underneath the ground so that we didn't need a trench in the middle of our yard and we didn't need to break up our driveway in order to get to the city line!

Turns out the owner of the company lives not too far for me so it was really nice to be able to help out a neighbor as well as a small local business.

Fast, honest, efficient and great work. We had hot water heater emergency and they were responsive, (water leaking from upstairs!!), fair and top quality. These guys found and offered ways for me to save money on the install, (seems like usually your quotes go up), and left me options to economize. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, and that's a great way to earn trust. I checked out their reputation and it was stellar, too. Their work is certified by the city, in this case, by permit, so I know it's done right.These guys are top notch and I hope they're around for a while, 'cause I'll be using them and referring to them anytime I can. Very good worker. Our service man was Tyler, and he came out quickly and got the job done efficiently. We had some leaking from our old toilet on the second floor, and it needed a new wax ring. Tyler led us through the process, letting us know at every step the cost of each procedure. He also let us know what it would cost to replace any parts that may be needed in the future. He fixed our problem easily, and was done in a jiffy. We will be calling this company for future repairs.

I requested a quote to locate and fix a leak. I spoke to Travis who was very polite and had quickly responded to my call. The guys showed up on time and quickly located the leak and solved the issue. The guys were very polite and kept me informed through out the job. The repair ended up being less than the quote. In my opinion, this outfit is very honest, up-front and punctual. I would definitely call on them again if needed.

I had a dishwasher air gap water overflowing problem. Auger Pros sent their team immediately after contacting. The technician Chance was able to clean the drain and fix the problem for me within 10 mins. They also honor me a discount for the service provided. Great job and great customer service. Thank you Auger Pros! I will definitely come back whenever I encounter any plumbing issues.

I received a call from Legacy and after about 10 minutes I figured out the basis of the call... he wanted me to change my review.  I don't dislike the people, I don't think they are dishonest people - I have no basis for that, but I told him we are on different planets if he can continue to justify $400 to fix a dripping faucet.  Despite the lengthy written response from Legacy, and some errors - probably innocently made, I assure you,  It was indeed going to be $400 if I didn't source the replacement parts myself (This is an American Standard part - not some obscure brand).  The technician's van was parked in front of my house for one hour and forty-five minutes to diagnose an obvious problem and identify the replacement part.  Something I could have done in 10 minutes and I am not a plumber....not even that good of a handyman, but I try.  I'm not saying anything other than I disagree with much of what I was told yesterday in terms of why the cost was what it was.  I have eaten the $185 and spent an inordinate amount of time typing these reviews simply because I believe that the idea of Yelp is a good one and that if money is no object for you, call Legacy Plumbing all day long and I'm sure they will do a fine job.  They have good ratings ... they are obviously doing something right.  It is just that my experience with them is different than these reviews and I was less than happy ... and $185 poorer for basically nothing. I can't just change my review because they want me too ... my  experience isn't a positive one.

These folks are the real deal!!!

After being quoted around $6000 by another local plumber, who told us our main line needed to be totally replaced, we decided to get a second opinion, and boy oh boy, am I glad we did!!!

Prompt, professional, and courteous, they managed to address and resolve the issue (roots in the pipe... I'm getting that dumb tree taken down.) in less than an hour!

And it didn't cost a fraction of the original quote.

We had no water due to a burst connection and our own confusion over the water line to the house. We were lucky enough to have Kenny's get the work order through our First American protection plan. It's a family business and Matt and Jared came over first thing, despite a full day of appointments, and quickly addressed everything. They were so kind, professional, efficient and just genuinely nice that we were incredibly impressed.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Carissa and her team came out to replace my moms water heater and did an amazing job. They were able to get to it quickly so that she wasn't out of hot water for very long at all. They have have also done some plumbing work at my house capping off lines and changing out hose bibs. They always do great work and are very professional. They even sent me a text with a picture of the plumber that was going to be coming to my house and an eta of their arrival. I highly recommend them!

Complete idiots. Their truck is blocking my driveway, can't seem to find them, and they aren't answering the phone. I'm about to call the police.

Our vactaion home had a major sewer line issue and we needed a plumber fast. We called All Aces Plumbing and had Thomas come out  and do a camera to find tree roots and broken  our main clay pipe. We had the old pipe replaced  with new abs piping and now our sewer system is working  great

These guys do great work.  They moved my water and drain connections for my washing machine into my garage and it was not easy work due to the cheap work the last people apparently did.  Will hire again!

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great.
