Called out Schrader again this week to work on another issue. Prompt return call and quick response. They repaired the leak , which was pretty tricky since it was right at the water meter, on my side of course. They took photos for me so I could address the very high water bill from the City and gave me a detailed billing receipt that described the issue. These folks are professionals in every sense of the word.

Alex did a great job! The change out of the faucets  was more involved that anticipated and required that he actually needed to cut the pipes a half foot below anticipated requiring a much larger cutout and more copper piping and fittings but he charged the same estimate and tightening the sink plumbing as s freebie..

With no success, we've had two other plumbers come by within the last two years. Cameron found issues that other plumbers were not able to find. He thoroughly explained the problems and the cost. Very good worker. Our service man was Tyler, and he came out quickly and got the job done efficiently. We had some leaking from our old toilet on the second floor, and it needed a new wax ring. Tyler led us through the process, letting us know at every step the cost of each procedure. He also let us know what it would cost to replace any parts that may be needed in the future. He fixed our problem easily, and was done in a jiffy. We will be calling this company for future repairs.

Hydrostatic testing for a new home purchase. Sent a message to Bow Tie and within minutes we had a response and a call to talk about what was needed. Fair pricing, quick service performed right after Christmas day, and a call with report of the findings. Easy to pay which was important since we couldn't be present.

There is a reason Kenny's has five star reviews.  They are exactly the type of business you'd want to work with.  Honest, reliable, great prices AND they go above and beyond trying to meet your need.  I had a need for a consult and quote.  Janice was so helpful, reviewed the information, gave a detailed recommendation, and even made local contact (we are in another city) with someone closer to us that.  Who does that...?  They do.  They were so kind and professional throughout the exchange, I've been wowed by there effort and customer service.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Noticed our  hot water Heater was leaking on Sunday night.  I had previously used Ztinaon plumbing so I text Carissa at 11 PM the office manager and Larry wife.  Sent over some pictures and she replied immediately.  She asked if Larry could stop by in the mor ing on a holiday.  Larry was very prompt and gave me a very fair price and the did the job same day.

We had a water leak in the laundry room. Black Tie plumbing was able to identify the source of the leak and repair. They responded to our service request promptly and their technician Jeremy Wilkerson was professional, courteous and did a great job repairing the damaged pipe. I called Jeff and told him what I needed done (replace kitchen sink and faucet, install RO system, fix 5 leaking bathroom sinks). He emailed me a quote that was extremely reasonable. We scheduled an appointment, and he even showed up about 25 minutes early (what plumber shows up early?!). He was friendly and professional, and got right to work in the kitchen.

At one point he needed parts and ran to 3 different stores to find them. He spent all day working at my place, until the job was done. He showed me how everything works and told me what problems to keep an eye out for. Before leaving, he talked to me in depth about water softening and filtration systems (because I asked, not because he was pitching them).

Jeff is super knowledgable and I trust him to do larger jobs for me in the future.

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install).
