12 Years ago I called them, used them a half dozen times since. No nonsense business approach. Sheila calls me by my first name. Friendly company to do business with. And everything they fixed is still fixed.

Before I called O'Bryan Plumbing I called Plano city water.They were able to tell me if I had a water leak or not and if it was inside or outside
by looking at my water usage hx .They said I did not have a water leak inside for sure but my usage of outside water usage was very high which was probably due to my settings on the irrigation .when I checked, it showed it was set to go off  3 x a week at 4 am.we thought it was turned off .When O'Bryan Plumbing came and checked for leaks inside and outside, not knowing there was not a leak inside and only a small possibility  of one outside, returned with a verdict that there was not one
inside but on the outside a valve needed to bed replaced. Just 2 days before I had a different Plumbing co. tell me there was a99.9 % chance
there was a leak in the house under the slab and wanted to do an expensive test which of coarse I declined(this company has the word
Green in their name). Just to say there are dishonest companies out there too. O'Bryan company are very Honest but not cheap.The crew
are very professional.

On time and installed our toilet fast and at a low.  Tyler was very professional and explained everything.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

Sewage line clog and broken pipe repair. Had an issue during the repair process, but after talking with Travis, they were quick to rectify the problem. In today's world, it's not too often you find a business that truly cares about its customers. The team at BowTie stands above the rest. Look forward to working with them again in the future. It has been a pleasure doing business with Kenny's Plumbing. From the first contact with Janice, who was very helpful and nice, to the guys who installed my water heater. I have NEVER worked with anyone who was so honest and up front about the job. It is a family operation and all of them share the same honest friendly   DNA. I was informed step by step of what was being done. They didn't mind me rubber necking while they worked. Great people. I would give them 10 stars if available.  They will be the only plumbing contractor that I will use from now on.  Don't bother looking for another plumber. This is the one you need.

Have you ever been in the middle of a Robot Rebellion? The mechanical uprising I'm currently trying to live through began about a month ago - when - after spending nearly $400 trying to resuscitate a vintage gas dryer - I finally came to the much needed conclusion that it might just be cheaper to simply buy a new dryer than to try and fix my now antiquated model. And, so, I went to a number of big box stores - before finally purchasing one for nearly $700 (because of the COVID Crisis - appliances and appliance salespeople seem to be in short supply - and the appliances they currently have in stock - definitely seem to be overpriced). And, now, nearly a month later - I am anxiously awaiting the fourth delivery attempt of the new dryer - after the third attempt was a failure earlier today - because of an error of the LCM type (either Larry or Curly or Moe lost the invoice).

Anyway, about two weeks into the dryer crisis, a fair number of the other machines that make my house run - began to complain about their working conditions - with the ice maker suddenly deciding I might want fluffy, slushy ice instead of the hard, cold variety - and the oven getting finicky as to whether it felt like lighting itself when certain preparations were placed within . . .

The latest skirmish occurred late last night - while I was preparing for the third non-delivery of the fabled gas dryer. Right around midnight (it always happens around midnight - have you ever noticed?) - both sinks in my kitchen suddenly began to clog up. After trying a variety of different remedies including the age-old ritual of plunging, the baking soda and vinegar trick, and finally surrendering to half a bottle of the forbidden Drano - I finally gave up when the dishwasher began to join in on the chorus and ran over with dirty Drano-laced water.

And, so, at around five in the morning, I began searching the internet for the best plumbers around - and finally found a plumbing company called Augerpros Plumbing (among a number of other companies listed on YELP in my area). The thing that initially caught my attention with Augerpros - was that it had a four-and-a-half out of a five star rating with 49 reviews - whereas - just about all of the other companies barely had two-and-a-half and three star ratings.

Because I was still eagerly awaiting my non-delivery of the legendary dryer early this morning - I called Augerpros promptly at eight when they opened and talked to a wonderful lady named Kaye (turns out - she's the owner!). To tell the truth, I actually felt relieved just talking with Kaye! She seemed to have the perfect friendly and compassionate manner to deal with a somewhat beaten down and - by this time - whiny fellow like myself. She said she'd be glad to take care of things - and offered to get someone over to my house by 2:30 in the afternoon. As it turned out - my repair guy - Richard - was able to get over to my house before 2:00 - and WAS JUST GREAT TO WORK WITH!!! Richard was very businesslike - respectful - knew just exactly what he was doing - and what's more - did it!! Also, he gave me a quote within ten minutes - and stuck to it!! He got the job taken care of quickly and efficiently - and I now have clean dishes and a dry and clean kitchen - and one less combatant to face on the field of battle with my current Robot Rebellion.

Now, if I can just get that dryer delivered and working on Friday . . .

I am so amazed by this company! The men Mike and Schuyler were so professional and kind. They went above and beyond what I asked for and helped me out with additional information about my house and how to fix it. They give out to local charities and their prices are so much cheaper than the other plumbers I reached out to. I also want to give a special thank you to Carmesha! She is so sweet and kind. DISREPUTABLE!  Do not use this company.  They sent Gary who apparently has been with the company for 8 years (says a lot) to fix my hot water heater.  He shows up and 10 minutes later says he needs to go to the store to get parts and replace everything.  He is gone for almost 45 minutes (when I live 2 minutes from Home depot) and then returns to fix my hot water heater.  I leave for 30 minutes to pick up my kids from school and when I return, he is gone.  My 25 year old daughter was here and he didn't leave paperwork, didn't say anything to her, didn't check to see if the thermostat he replaced fixed the problem...NADA!

SO...I called the answering service and JIMMY the owner called me back and all I received was a well...uh...sorry, Gary has been with me for 8 years...uh...it is the warranty company's fault because we follow their guidelines?  Gee Jimmy, get a clue about customer service! Your guy didn't assess or identify the problem correctly so send his ass back out and fix my water heater so I can take a hot shower as opposed to a cold shower!!!  BUT NO...just a sorry but I can't do anything else?  REALLY???  Because the warranty company won't pay you again?  Good job Jimmy, owner of Mr. Young's plumbing!

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I'm a landlord with multiple properties and occasionally need help with plumbing issues.  I've used this Roto-Rooter location twice for drain blockages.  They are polite, efficient on the phone, dispatch quickly, professional (according to my tenants), address the issue quickly, and are fairly priced.  As a guy that deals with a lot of subcontractors, this place stands out as top of the class. Thank you for all you do.

Do Not Hire!! I hired LSP for two large (multi $k) jobs, the latest one in 2021. LSP was to fix a sewage line leak and they CUT A HOLE THROUGH OUR SLAB IN THE WRONG LOCATION.  Not once did the owner, Larry, or any of his employees apologize or even acknowledge the fact that they made a mistake (or reassure us the mistake would be corrected).  In fact, when Larry came to the house on day 3 (was supposed to be a 1 day job), his comment was that we slipped through the cracks when the job was scheduled, that the job should have cost several hundreds of $ more due to the change in PVC cost since our quote (PVC cost has nothing to do with the fact that your guys cut a hole in the WRONG SPOT). The issues with this company stem from the top, from an arrogant, belittling, unapologetic owner.  The first job was also a total nightmare - we thought it was an isolated incident due to an employee who no longer works there. Clearly I was wrong and foolish to use LSP a second time.  LSP fixed the issues they caused on both jobs but both experiences were total nightmares due to the jobs taking 2-4x the amount of days quoted, major mistakes both times, and the rude attitude of the owner.
