Just wanted to commend Schrader Plumbing.  Especially Damien Raines.  He was on time, within minutes he knew what the problem was.  He explained everything in a language I could understand.  Great customer service.  Can't recommend enough!

My plumber threw a fit cause he couldn't fix the toilet. Then I asked him what's wrong? then he yelled nothing's wrong! as he smacked my phone right out of my hand.

O'Bryan Plumbing and services was a pleasure to work with.   I needed a new water line cut and run for the ice maker of our fridge. I was able to be seen on the next day after calling on Friday. Tanner was my tech and he was courteous and prompt by letting me know he was on the way. He assesed the job and gave me a quote which I gladly accepted. I was able to get scheduled the immediate following Monday.

Tanner arrived promptly again and they immediately got to work. They were able to set me up a new water line and got it hooked up on my fridge and ensured it worked.

While they were finishing up they were able to help me quickly with a small leak coming from our AC.

Direct source plumbing should be your ONLY option when considering assistance from a professional plumbing service. I have an older home and have called several services in the past, so I have a knowledgeable comparison of service in the DFW Metroplex. What I experienced when David and Kyle came out was uncompromised professional service. They went above and beyond to help me, and even educated me on do it yourself prevention. These men are kind, friendly, fair, experienced, but most of all Results Driven. Lastly, they are reasonably priced, and completely affordable, which is not often the case with local competitors. I can honestly say David and Kyle delivered an amazing experience, and I will never use anyone else. They have my family for life.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

I initially messaged Bow Tie to see when they could come out and check out a plumbing issue I was having. They responded just shortly after I'd contacted them, the next day or so they were here to do an inspection.
I was really pleased with their response time and professionalism , communication . I would definitely call them in the future for any plumbing needs.

In my experience with less than stellar and reliable trades in Sedona, Kenny and his son Matt have restored my faith that there are still good, honest, reliable, hardworking folks that can get the job done right at a fair price.

They rerouted some unnecessary 90 degree turns on kitchen drain line to free up clog and also snaked and plunged the line.  First visit for emergency drain clean and diagnostic was only $75.  Work to reroute plumbing, drain clearing, install new sprayer nozzle $315.  Very prompt and on-time.  Also investigated a small booster system to get our pressure to where it should be.

Now if they only did electrical,, handyman, carpet cleaning, etc.!!!

Augerpros installed our water heater and remove the old one. The work was done satisfactorily, no issues, so have to rate the work as satisfactory.

Steven and Kelly arrived exactly on time and cleaned out our guest bathroom drain for exactly the price they said they would. They were quick, courteous, and thorough. They also took a look at our water heater vent. I would be inclined to use them again.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

I couldn't get the pilot light to light off on my hot water heater. Pablo found time on Easter Sunday to come over and found the problem in seconds Very minor fix, but without I had no hot water. I'll definitely call again for any plumbing issues.

Great service. Fast and reliable. Bryar was able to find a leak and saved us a lot of money. He was great! I highly recommend them!

Curt was absolutely incredible. My mom and I had a massive leak coming from our backyard faucet that we tried to fix ourselves, but in doing so we loosened something behind the brick that shot out like a geyser. We called the closest place which was The Plumber. We shut off the water to the house and Curt was able to come out a little over an hour later. He took one glance at it and let us know he would be done in about half an hour. He cut into the brick, replaced the whole faucet and re-sealed the brick for $200. This guy is awesome and has saved my mom quite the water bill :/

I'm a landlord with multiple properties and occasionally need help with plumbing issues.  I've used this Roto-Rooter location twice for drain blockages.  They are polite, efficient on the phone, dispatch quickly, professional (according to my tenants), address the issue quickly, and are fairly priced.  As a guy that deals with a lot of subcontractors, this place stands out as top of the class. Noticed our  hot water Heater was leaking on Sunday night.  I had previously used Ztinaon plumbing so I text Carissa at 11 PM the office manager and Larry wife.  Sent over some pictures and she replied immediately.  She asked if Larry could stop by in the mor ing on a holiday.  Larry was very prompt and gave me a very fair price and the did the job same day.
