zero rating! I would never use this company ever again. Worse customer service! They never answer phone calls, no updates and do not tell the truth about completing services. Had to wait almost 2 months  for AC to be repaired. Thrive does not answer phone calls from Home warranty and if they do answer they don't tell truth. Worse experience ever!
