The technicians that came to fix my kitchen sink faucet were friendly and on time (I called to schedule and they had someone at my house in under two hours!) It was great to read their bios and learn about them - turns out we had some things in common! Both of the guys were very professional but easy to talk to. They recommended an option for a long term fix, which I chose to do after listening to the pros and cons. And the price was great too!
