Rob was great!  He took the time to listen to and address all of my plumbing concerns.  He also took the time to explain some things to me that I definitely would not have known otherwise.  He was professional, prompt and budget-friendly.  The first quote I got was more than double the price he gave me - which made a lot more sense than the first.  Trust me, I've had some experience with some bad apples in the home repair field!

Seth helped us out when a pocket door in our quirky older Chapel Hill home broke. He came over, assessed the problem, and tried several solutions to fix it. He listened to my idea about eventually replacing it, and removed it completely in order to replace it. He worked efficiently and charged us for just an hour of work. But the best part came the next day.....after more than 24 hours, I got a message from Seth. He had been thinking about our door and talking to colleagues about it and wanted to come back to try another solution. My husband and I were blown away by him going above and beyond like that, which is an attitude that is totally rare today. We can't wait to have Seth back for any handyman work we'll be needing in our home!
