Best Water Purification System Repair in Anaheim CA

Scott and his brother (sorry I forgot his name!) were both Soo helpful and fair. They came the same day I called, and got rid of the mess in my sink for $99. They gave me ideas for products to help keep my pipes unclogged, and were just what you'd want a plumber to be. Smart, polite, know what they're doing and good prices.  Every single part of the encounter was pleasant.  I highly recommend them- and they guaranty their work for 30 days.  Once you'll see their attitude and service you'll know what I mean about how unusual the experience is!

Very happy to have found this company. We were given a time to expect Mike with a call before, and he was true to his word in showing up right on time. He pinpointed our problem (with a gas fireplace), repaired it right then, took time to give me advice about another problem we had, and generally left me satisfied and convinced that we had found someone we could trust. BEWARE, BEWARE! I contacted Tim, the owner, regarding a low water stream from a highly rated reverse osmosis(RO)system I purchased from Costco that supplies water to my refrigerator water dispenser. Tim recommended a dedicated additional water tank which he installed at a price equal to what I paid for the whole RO system. He installed the water tank and I noticed obvious standing water on the bottom of the sink cabinet within 2 days where he installed the tank. He had mentioned to my wife he saw signs of a leak from a dishwasher hose and he had tightened the clamp to the dishwasher hose and he saw no visible leaks. It wasn't until I told him he would be responsible for any water damage incurred that he responded to me. He had me turn the water off and he came out the next day and fixed the leak which I was grateful for. I also contacted him to let him know that the water stream from the refrigerator was still low. He then suggested 3-4 options including purchasing a whole new RO system that was 2 times what I paid for the Costco RO system. I told him that I felt like I was having to pay for his experimentation as he did not give me confidence that he knew how to fix my problem with the system.  I asked him if he was going to deduct what I already paid him for the additional tank since I wouldn't be needing now if I purchased the new RO system from him. He has never responded. I expected much more from him especially with the many stellar reviews I had read on Yelp. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM AND WON'T BE USING HIM AGAIN. BEWARE, BEWARE!!!

After writing the above review I was contacted by Tim. He is now offering to install his RO system deducting what I've already paid him and to return to him the tank I purchased. After consideration I felt most comfortable to NOT take him up on his offer. I don't believe you have to write a unfavorable review or remind him he would be responsible for water damage in order for him to act.

This was a great experience for me.  Tony and Devin did a good job.  I hired Freedom First to install an icemaker in my new freezer but was so impressed with their professionalism and work ethic that I added a leaky toilet and bathroom faucet install.  I will be calling them back when I renovate my bathrooms because I will be replacing all the hardware at that time.  Great pricing too!

I had a scheduled appointment with them with a specified window. They sent a text informing they were on another job and if we would be ok with them  being late. I replied yes it is ok. We still waited anticipating they were coming and next we got another text informing they were not coming and asked us if two days later was ok. We replied no thanks!  Demonstrated not dependable!
