Best Water Purification System Repair in Anaheim CA

I had all my family coming to visit for a week & the night before they were going to start showing up, my plumbing started backing up in the bathroom. I called a plumber I know & he was busy with a huge job & referred me to Scott. I called Scott, told him the problem & he & his brother were at my house first thing the next morning. They had to clear the main drain & ended up having to remove the toilet to clear it that way. I figured I'd have a mess to clean up when they were done but they put plastic down all through my place & when they were done they totally cleaned up all the mess, including the bathroom floor! They were done pretty quick & were gone right before my brother & nieces showed up. Thank you! I've already referred them to my sister & will continue to refer them to family, friends, & clients.

I was very impressed with the service this company provided with repair of my hvac. I've had a difficult time finding a legitimate business in the heating and cooling industry that follows through with appointments and provides quality service. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Ron and Mike. They not only showed up when they said they would, they provided quality work at a very reasonable price. There weren't any surprises or hidden costs. My only regret was not fining this company sooner. I highly recommend them.

Tim is a reliable, friendly, passionate about his work kind of guy! His prices are competitive and he doesn't over charge for the work he does.

I was in a pinch and my soft water guy never returned my call. I found Tim on YELP and asked him if he was available for the emergency I had. He was working 50 miles away and took the time to walk me through the process via pictures he suggested I send to him. I was so grateful. As a woman, you always feel like companies are likely to rip us off.

We scheduled an appointment. I asked him to charge me for the help he provided over the phone and he said, Oh, don't worry about that. I couldn't believe it. That's proof that there are still great people out there who we can trust to not over charge us.

Amazing! I called Petar early this morning at about 8am and he answered what may have been his cell phone RIGHT away! He already had 3 jobs lined up today but he said he can squeeze in and stop by to check out our water heater leak. Our water heater is located upstairs in a small closet and it already had leaked and maybe did some damage (not much) on our downstairs ceiling. He came over within the exact time he said he would arrive, he even called 30 minutes ahead of time to let us know he was on his way.
He knew exactly what to do once he saw the water heater and he went out an bought us a new water heater with all the upgrades. His service was clean, quick, professional and he was very knowledgeable.

I am happy to write this review, I always appreciate a good deal if I do, but I would have written one anyway.
I just want to say thank you for saving our ceiling and getting the job done right the first time around and for being so kind to us.

I have finally found a reliable, skilled and trustworthy plumber!  Thank you C&C!  I was having problems with my insta hot water system and Gary came over to check out the problem.  He called 30 minutes before he came and showed up on time.  He checked out my problem and gave me several options on how to resolve my issue.  He told me to call him back when I decided what I wanted to do.  He did not charge me for his expertise.  I followed his advise and didn't end up needing him to come back.  But I know who to call the next time I need plumbing help. Excellent service in a prompt and professional manner. I appreciated the quick response with an estimate and then the appointment confirmation.  I had a tankless water heater cleaned and descaled as it is required to be done annually.  Would call them again for the next service.

After getting screwed by two different plumbing companies from my home warranty, I had to go solo and find someone to install a new kitchen faucet for me. I got in touch with these guys and they came in and did the job quickly and without issue. I wish every company can be this professional and yet maintain that human element. They didn't talk to me like an idiot, or was trying to nickel and dime me for every little thing. They were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I have been using Scott English for our homes for at least the the last 8 years. I've tried to stay loyal, but our last experience was pretty bad.
While the plumber was courteous, it took him 2 day to figure out our leak. Yes days!!! I asked if I needed to call a leak detection company to which he responded that was what he was doing. But it turned out that he was doing some sort of visual up down leak search. I had to ask if he would call his supervisor to come help. He arrived and they found the leak within 15 minutes with actual leak detection equipment.
I needed our bill to be itemized for our insurance so they could pay us and to date I still can't get an itemized invoice. They say they put everything together and can't separate it. I've called many times and they refer my call to the actual plumber to try and figure it out with me. I only needed this itemization for 1  of the 3 invoices I received for this job and have yet to receive it.
So frustrating and not how loyal customers should be treated in my opinion. I will call again to try and get an itemized invoice (from November!!!) and update of customer service/accounting is any help.
