This review is long over-due. Our company used High Speed Rooter & Plumbing for many different projects such as re-piping, plumbing and hydro-jetting.
We initially met with Raul. He was definitely our go-to guy whenever we had questions or a new project should come up. They made us feel like they cared.
Today, 1 of our restrooms had a clog. Christian and Frank were the 2 guys for this job. It's a total nightmare when your toilet won't work!
Luckily, Frank came to save the day. He spent a whole day at our location to help with what was a clogged pipe. The issue was resolved and we couldn't be happier. He was patient and reassured us it will be fine. What a professional!
Their whole team are professionals, from the girls that pick up the phones to the ones that come on site and do the job. They do their job with 110% attitude. They arrive as scheduled; they clean up after the job, they even explain what they did and the preventative.
I would totally recommend this company! And no, this is not some generic review, we really used their service and appreciate all their help!
