WOW--fantastic customer service and quality work!  We contacted Summit based on Yelp reviews and they definitely lived up the hype.  The service technician, Josh, called me every step of the way (I was off site for the repair); so he could go over pricing estimates/options before he did anything.  This business really has some family values with great customer service--even on a Saturday!  We have definitely found our new HVAC company, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality service with affordability as a bonus!

I can't say enough good things about this company and the crew that did the work at my property.  After cleaning out a plugged sewer, I had that contractor run a camera down the sewer line only to discover the pipe exiting the building was clay.  It was still in good shape but it ran under a building and another structure built on top of a concrete slab.  If the sewer pipe had failed, it would have cost thousands and disrupted my business tenants immensely!  Sewer Solutions came out to look at the job the next day and provided options immediately.  The next weekend, they arrived and completed the job in an 11 hour day.  Doing this job on a weekend was so helpful considering the 4 tenants would have been unable to use the facilities while work was done on the sewer.

Ed and his team did an amazing job repairing our sewer line.  His quote could not be beat, literally half the cost of quotes I received from other vendors.  Ed is a downright honest and super nice guy.  There really needs to be more vendors like him out there. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a sewer line repaired.
