Best Wiring Installation in Dallas TX

We called on Monday for an appointment for them to come out and unclog drain in our bathroom. They asked which day and time would be good and we said Thursday morning. They gave us a window of 11am to 1pm. Never a call to us during this time. Called them two times and said they were on an emergency and we were next in line. And she was just going to call me. Yeah right. Never heard from them again. Called again at 4:30 and said they were still on emergency and had never tried to call us. Terrible customer service. And what do they have, one plumber? We got there name from Home Advisors. Never again. I only had one day off this week and wasted it for nothing. Still can't use bathroom.

I had three different companies came for estimate and gave me potential solutions. Andy from 308 gave me the simplest and cheapest solution. The other guys either tried to intimidate me and then upsell a crazy job or just did not want to do this.

I was concerned that my existing wire would not work on the devices. Andy and technician Jim assured me my wires are completely safe and would not cause a fire. The other company came to tell me that sooner or later my house would catch on fires and it would cost 50k to replace those wires behind the walls because we need to basically tear the drywall apart. Andy did all the research for me and installed an extra fuse just to make me comfortable

I would not hesitate to call them on any electrical problem. These guys know how to do business with honesty and integrity.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier.
