Best Wiring Installation in Dallas TX
If I ever need an electrician I will call Tioga. For an upfront, honest and fair price quoted, I found out what the problem was and various recommendations on how I can resolve.
He waited for me to return from an errand and was very knowledgeable and professional. For once I knew I had found an angel of a company who I trust to be totally transparent and not price gouge me! So glad to know you are in my area!

Excellent service. Prompt, knowledgeable, got right to work and had no unexpected glitches that would translate to more time and money. Straight forward from the time of estimate through the conclusion. Removed an old range hood and installed an over-the-range microwave. I'll be calling them back for my other electrical needs.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

My main was clogged up in my house. I had a plumbing company come out and clear my line. Next day a gentleman shows up and tells me I have $50k in drain damage. Couple days go by and shit was coming up everywhere, worse even. We wanted a second opinion on what was going on. What's another few hundred in a second opinion vs guaranteed $50,000 literally down the shitter. They sent two real plumbers and they worked hard. Snaked my drain and got all kinds of nasty out. The other company, those guys left pretty clean, maybe they hydro jetted the dirt off there arms. What I liked most was how honest and straightforward they were. They weren't trying to get that big job kind of attitude or try to prey on us for lack of knowledge. Five Stars Mansfield Plumbing.

I rated this company with only two stars because of he surprise labor fee. Here's the story.
On 4/19/2023, two A1 Air technicians conducted an inspection and tune up for my condo AC system. $59 was the advertised price. During the inspection, the lead technician discovered a weak capacitor that tested 33 out of 40. The assistant warned that it could fail and result in another service fee. He stated the capacitor, which retails for about $25 (Amazon pricing), was still under warranty, and that the replacement part was free to me. However, A
#1 Air would charge a $175 labor fee to install the new capacitor. To be fair, he did agree to waive the $75 ladder fee for an extra-long ladder which he did not bring. Bottom line, I ended up paying $250 for the inspection, tune up, and replacement.
In conclusion, I would like to know if this is a common practice for A#1 Air -- and if it is standard operating procedure for the industry -- to charge a $175 labor fee to replace a free capacitor. Have other customers experienced the same issue? It is my hope that A1 Air will address this concern, and that their business practices will reflect the values of transparency, honesty, and fairness.

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied. They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished. This is an honest, five star company. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
