Best System Maintenance in Dallas TX

We have used Force Home Services numerous times for both HVAC and plumbing issues. Every single time they were able to set an appointment with me much quicker than I had expected. The technicians are always clean cut, well spoken, respectful and took great care in making sure my wife and I felt comfortable and understood everything that they were trying to accomplish. I could begin to count the number of people that we have referred to Force and they have all been blown away by the level of service they receive.

Called Rescue Air after our furnace was not starting up. They came out within a couple hours on a saturday. Dean took a look at everything and determined that it was a possible electrical issue. I called an electrician, he came out and fixed the voltage problem. I called Rescue Air back and they came right back to figure out the furnace problem. Dean showed me that my blower was bad and that it would be recommended that a new furnace would likely be needed as well.
They came out Monday and installed the furnace pretty quickly and we had heat again. Rescue Air made sure that I understood all the work and gave me a fair quote. Thanks!

We have a home warranty but we had to wait several days for our appointment. I was getting nervous about all the noises I was hearing from my water heater. I began looking for a company that could come out right away and advise whether I could wait for the appointment or if we were in the middle of an 'emergency'.
I appreciated the speed of their response which was less than 15 minutes. I also appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. They ended up telling me that I could wait for the warranty appointment and made me feel better about my water heater not causing some calamity in my home.

Steven is the man! The valve for one of our zones was damaged and the sprinker wont goes off. Steven came in with a short notice on a Friday night to get everything fixed for us. During the repair, we also noticed the control panel was defective and wiring was all jacked up. With Steven's help, I got the Rachio system installed and everything is working. He even helped us fixed a cracked pipe.  I highly recommend this fellow veteran to anyone!  A+++++

Replaced a couple of water heaters on second floor and took great care to get the old ones out, the new ones in and installed without issues.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. These guys are phenomenal! They responded very quickly! I had water coming out of the ground from my sprinkler system. They didn't hesitate to send a technician out immediately! He arrived right away, assessed the situation, and fixed the problem on site. Needed a plumber on Sunday. After 5 other companies weren't able to show up until Monday, I found billyGO.  Not only did they show up within 3 hrs after my call, they fixed the hose bib problem in ~15 min! Had an emergency flood from a toilet valve that burst.  KMP Plumbing was able to come out within a few hours and the service guy, Duffy, was GREAT!  Very professional and fixed out issue right away!  We will use KMP Plumbing for any plumbing issues going forward for sure.  I was out of town for work and quickly pulled up Yelp to find someone while He was trying to get the water to shut off.  Saw positive feedback from yelp and called and they were able to be out very quickly.

We called C Woods for an issue with our gas heating system. The heater has an automatic pilot light, but the pilot light was not lighting. There is also a zoning board connected to the system. Not being an expert in any of the above or really knowing anything about it at all, we had to have someone come out. We were told by the women in the office there would be a $90 diagnostic fee. We agreed and were told someone would be out later that day. The service man arrived and inspected the system. The problem was simple, our zoning board was in emergency heating zone and needed to be in regular heating zone. All it took to fix was an easy flip of a switch on the side of the board, which we had no idea was there. After the flipping of the switch, we were informed that an extra $75 would be charged for the minor repair AKA the switch. Puzzled by why it would cost $75 to do something that could be compared to turning your thermostat from off to on, we called the office back. The response we received was I can take $15 off, but I still have to charge you $60 on top of the $90 we were already having to pay. We reluctantly paid, although we felt as it was not a fair price for the repair we got. Needless to say we will not be using C Woods for any other service needs and wanted to inform other potential customers of our experience.

They initially responded to my need for plumbing services through Yelp. I gave them information about the job and they asked for my number which they said they were going to pass on to their Plumbing Manager. Never heard from the Plumbing Manager or from Sammer again. The least they could have done was to let me know they weren't interested in the job so I didn't wait for them. I waited giving them adequate time to get back to me but they never did. Their loss is my gain! I did some internet research and figured out how to take care of the plumbing issue myself. Saved me hundreds of dollars! To think the last two times this issue happened I called a plumber in to take care of it. Not anymore! I won't bother with Go Heating & Air Services next time I have other plumbing needs nor for Heat and Air needs. They couldn't be bothered to get back to me and wasted valuable time. Good, timely communication and good, timely service is what earns my patronage.
