Best System Maintenance in Dallas TX

Had Force Home Services come out last week to fix ac and had to call them back again. We have a business of our own and ask them to waive service and instead of just saying no they said, to find another company. We already had an appointment to 2 o'clock today. This is the worst company! Worst customer service I ever had to deal with!!!

My AC went out in the upstairs of my house.  I called Rescue Air and Plumbing and they came out the same day.  Andrew and Jordan showed up and they found a loose wire in my thermostat.  They fixed it at no charge.  We also looked at both AC units as I know that the upstairs unit is very old.  I know I will need to replace it in the not too distant future but I was impressed that both Andrew and Jordan were knowledgeable but did not try to sell me on anything.  They gave me the information I needed.  I would absolutely use them again.

Upfront, honest & to the point about $ & availability beforehand. No hidden fees or charges, no weeks of wait time. Showed up perfectly on time, very respectful, kind & professional. In approximately 1hr, we'd our brand new toilet switched out & that was that. My husband & I couldn't possibly recommend this company any more, other than saying, they've our trust & we'll be calling ONLY them next time we have plumbing issues.

We have a home warranty but we had to wait several days for our appointment. I was getting nervous about all the noises I was hearing from my water heater. I began looking for a company that could come out right away and advise whether I could wait for the appointment or if we were in the middle of an 'emergency'.
I appreciated the speed of their response which was less than 15 minutes. I also appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. They ended up telling me that I could wait for the warranty appointment and made me feel better about my water heater not causing some calamity in my home.
I recommend this company.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. These guys are phenomenal! They responded very quickly! I had water coming out of the ground from my sprinkler system. They didn't hesitate to send a technician out immediately! He arrived right away, assessed the situation, and fixed the problem on site. If you're looking for a reliable company that won't break the bank, do not hesitate to use these guy!!!! 5 star all the way!

My tech was Keith Morrison and I must admit I was a bit nervous about my issue of the leak. However he was patient and informative and took the time to make sure I knew options that may come up. He made me feel better about leaving my plumbing problems to this company!

After 48 hours of no power, we then had 2 major pipes break which lead to water pouring from the ceiling in three different rooms in our house. We frantically searched for a good plumber to help and KMP literally saved the day and our house.

KMP was incredible from start to finish. The office was extremely nice and helpful and though they had to book us a few days out due to the overload from the storm, they promised if there were any cancellations they would get us in as soon as they could. They were AMAZING and got to us within 24 hours. John came to our rescue and, after assessing the situation, called in his two teammates Zach and Devon. All 3 of these guys were extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us fix our situation. We could not have had a better experience - especially during such a stressful time. I called them on a Sunday and they came that afternoon.  The drain was plugged and they needed to clean it out twice but clearly explained what was happening. I have a maintenance agreement with them, so most of of the fees were covered. Juan did a great job. Thanks

A/C went out Sat nite..called and got appt.for Sun at 8am..tech showed up on time and had ac up and running in just a short while..thanh you C Woods and Michael Ragsdale! Fast efficient and friendly service!

After another company caused intentional damage to our heating system, the owner Sam personally took care of us and got our system working great. He was straightforward and honest and I appreciate all this hard work and kindness during our stressful system. We've found our new HVAC company for life! Thanks Go!

We have needed a plumber to come out a couple of times in the past 2 years and have called L&L Plumbing in Emory, Texas. The plumber was very efficient and did not over charge.We were satisfied with his work.
