We had a great experience with Tioga. They came to give a quote on replacing some light fixtures and fans and performed the work the same day. The price was very reasonable and the installers, Michael and Seth were very careful, efficient and professional.

We will use them again for our next round of upgrades!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. We hired them to inspect gas line. They charged $250 just to do that. We had $50 coupon that they didn't apply. Then they said there's a low leak, so my husband agreed for extra $200 to find it, only to tell us that they need to return later & charge extra to keep looking. Total time they were at the house was ~2 hours. They said that the quote they gave us was wrong & it was supposed to be $375 just to inspect. Invoice mentioned they soaped all exposed pipes, but they didn't even check upstairs pipes going to furnace. They also left mess with the 2 gas fireplaces. I guess they made up the difference of the cost by charging extra $200 for questionable work. Other plumbers I talked to thought it was weird that they just stopped. We are in the process to get this resolved.
Gave another star for Todd, the owner, to come out with his 2 guys to locate the leak & even repaired some fittings. He was nice & explained things well. Then gave us a shocking quote for a small leak in attic. We're now trying to get this done at a reasonable price. Will update.

I have two AC Units out here on the farm.   One was not keeping up and the other, a 5 ton was on its last leg after 15 years of service.  We called A#1 Air as they are a well established company with good brand recognition and we used them in a previous house some 13 years ago.

David, the technician came out that evening, charged up one unit (which now works great) and then took time to quote a new 5 ton heat pump for the main house.   He was personable and friendly as we addressed our concerns.

The new unit was installed and I was amazed how quickly Guillermo and Jesus were able to completely remove the old systems from the attic, have the new system in place and operating.   Guillermo provided us with the information that we needed to use it.   All done before noon.

All three people from A#1 air that we had to our residence were very respectful of us and our property.  It was a pleasure to have our systems serviced and installed by competent professionals.
