I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Called Mansfield plumbing due to an out door leak. Plumber dug up site, told me he could find a better deal. Plumber left out without turning the water back on. Had to call company to have him come back and turn it on. Never heard back from plumber or who he recommended for a better deal... Plumber left equipment  and site he dug up completely exposed. Had to hire another company to complete his job. Will never use Mansfield Plumbing again.

I was super impressed and satisfied with the job Charlie and Matt did! I had a pipe break under my Master Bathroom floor, that needed to be replaced; that meant jack-hammering the floor. Charlie was very knowledgeable on his sight-survey visit. He informed me about the problem, and gave a temporary and permanent solution. Price points on those varied greatly, so I was glad there were options. After deciding to go the permanent route, Matt and Charlie showed up promptly for their scheduled visit and were able to finish before the time they quoted me! That was on-top of unforeseen issues that came up. They both were able to guide me through the additional problem and help me find the best way to address it without costing too much. After they were finished they made sure to clean up any mess, which was minimal because they brought canvas to lay out. I will definitely be calling them for any other issues I have in the future!
