I am super impressed by Sy and his outstanding customer service. I had a service issue and I'm happy to tell you that he went above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction with the glass replacement of my front door. When I placed the initial call early Friday morning, they were able to slide me into the schedule and secure the door so there was at least peace of mind and when they couldn't get back when they said, Sy personally called me and made things right.

I needed to have my tankless water heater descaled. My home inspector suggested I get the descaling done once a year to prolong the life of my water heater.

I knew from my other plumber that not all plumbers work on tankless water heaters. My other plumber told me he didn't work on tankless, so I knew I had to find a new plumber. I had been paying attention on NextDoor to who neighbors recommended and also through a ladies group who people recommended for plumbing emergencies.

I sent 7 Yelp requests and only 4 plumbers responded. Of the 4 respondents, only 2 actually work on tankless water heaters.

I went with CTX Plumbing & Electrical because they could do the service that day, they had the best price, I had seen 4 neighbors and had 3 friends recommend CTX service and they are a local service (#ShopLocal).

Jeremiah and his apprentice (can't remember his name) called before they came, were on time, and got to work immediately. They explained what they would do and were efficient, professional, clean, friendly and knowledgeable. Before they left, they asked if I had any other plumbing needs they could help with.

I am so glad it all worked out. I will definitely be calling next year for service and will keep them in mind for future plumbing needs. I highly recommend CTX Plumbing & Electrical.

These guys were great. We had two jobs:

First, we had them replace old light switches, outlets and smoke alarms. They did a great job and ensured everything was working and cleaned up afterwards. They explained everything and answered all of our questions.

Second job was to install 50 Amp circuit breaker and run wires to new outlet. Again everything was spot on!

100% will use them again. Trustworthy, honest, fair and nice to work with.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Needed an outside faucet changed out that broke during the freeze at our rental house. Water was not leaking so this was not an emergency. Set an appointment for 4-6 so the renter can be there. They showed up at 2 and sent an estimate. I though if we had the work done the $69 would be removed from the total cost like everywhere else does. It was a $69 diagnose fee when the problem was known, $421 for the faucet, and $171 to cut a small hole in the Sheetrock. $661 to fix the faucet. Call around first because $171 to cut a small hole in your wall is a rip off. The tech was nice and got the job done and documented everything but I can't recommend the company. If you do choose to use them save yourself the money and knock a hole in the wall yourself.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!  I scheduled an appointment when my downstairs unit was not working.  The first day I waited until 10:00 PM in the evening being told time after time by the dispatcher I was next in the queue.  When I talked to them the last time I was told my technician has gone to the hospital for heat exhaustion so I told them to wait until the next day because I didn't want to wait all night for them to arrive.  When they came the next day the guy fixed my unit and left.  He was very pleasant and I have no complaints with him.  Hours after he left I realized that my upstairs unit that I have never had a single issue with was all of a sudden not working.  The guy was working in between my two units and I figured he must have accidentally loosened a cable or something on the upstairs unit.  When I called them they said they would send someone out ASAP to see what happened.  Around 3 hours later dispatch called me and said a supervisor wanted to talk to me.  The women told me that if someone came out I would have to pay a service fee for the visit.  She was very matter of fact and really could care less about the fact that my unit stopped working right after her technician was working in between the wires of both units.  I told her to forget it and I would call someone else.  I have zero patients for people with an attitude like hers.  I have an appointment later today to find out what happened to my unit.  It is apparent that this company is not about servicing customers and building long lasting relationships with its customers.
