Best Electrical Panel Installation in Dallas TX
Called these guys to connect a gas dryer and, possibly, recess the gas valve. What I got was an explanation of how complicated it would be, reasons why they couldn't do certain things, etc and a $650 quote. Just to connect it and not modify it would be $300 or more.
A local plumber just left and did everything I asked for $125 in 45 minutes. I was so happy I tipped $25 more. Tioga is clearly out to stick it to their customers with outrageous prices.

Quick respones time on a Saturday. Ended up using the warranty on my water heater and there labor, but was impressed with the respone from Austin and Nathan.

These guys are awesome! Always able to come out right away, they get the job done quickly and are super easy to communicate with. They've made the process of moving into our new house so much easier!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

I scheduled an appointment with A#1 Air... Good follow-up after the appointment was set, however, on the day of service, I get a call that the technician was injured and I had to reschedule. The first time they could get back to me was a week later.
My AC was working - I was having them do a tune-up / Energy Boost.
The day of my rescheduled appointment was a bit chaotic. The technician was to arrive 12:00noon - 4:00pm. At 11:50am, I got a call saying to expect the technician at about 1:30pm... The next I heard from them was at 4:00pm saying the technician was running late but on his way. He arrived at 5:00pm.
The technician - Peter - was incredible. He did a great job. Thoroughly checked everything, repaired what needed repaired. Great guy and he really knows what he is doing. Recommended three (3) things be done: 1) replace capacitor, 2) replace breaker box and 3) add 5-2-1 Compressor Saver.
The price of the 5-2-1 Compressor Saver - off of the A#1 price list - was $250. The same part sells on-line for under $50 and is very easy to install. $250 - even with installation - is outrageous. I decided to have the capacitor (included in the price of the Energy Boost service call) replaced and skip the other recommendations.
I spoke with the Service Manager regarding the price of the 5-2-1 Compressor Saver. He explained the reason the part was much, much more than what can be found elsewhere. I understand what he was saying, but I still think it was way too high.
