Best Electrical Panel Installat… in Dallas TX

We called on Monday for an appointment for them to come out and unclog drain in our bathroom. They asked which day and time would be good and we said Thursday morning. They gave us a window of 11am to 1pm. Never a call to us during this time. Called them two times and said they were on an emergency and we were next in line. And she was just going to call me. Yeah right. Never heard from them again. Called again at 4:30 and said they were still on emergency and had never tried to call us. Terrible customer service. And what do they have, one plumber? We got there name from Home Advisors. Never again. I only had one day off this week and wasted it for nothing. Still can't use bathroom.

Had a Tankless water heater installed. Very Professional from the quote to Installation. Came on time and completed the Work.

My 14-50 outlet works great. I got the cheapest quote from them and Installation appointment was  within 48 hours.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I had only a small job to do but they still came right away. Plus, instead of telling me some story and replacing my entire faucet and pipes, the guy just tightened a srew and charged me nothing!!! In my eyes, that's as honest as it gets and I will definitely call them for my next big project!! Thank you!!

I have used A#1 Air for the last 5 years at my home in Anna.  They used to show up the same day to get the job done.  I signed up for their preferred customer program where you basically pay a monthly fee and they give you 2 services per year.  Now that I am a preferred customer the service has gone to crap.  They make you wait 2 weeks or more for an appointment and they no longer offer morning appointments.  I am going to cancel my subscription and find a different vendor to take care of my home and rental property.
