Best Electrical Panel Installat… in Dallas TX

Great people.  Honest and caring.  They found out there problem was not my plumbing but my neighbor over watering.  They investigated all of this and didn't even charge me!!!!  I can't believe I found people who know what actual customer service is!!!!  I will Definitely be using and recommend them .

Had them replace a garbage disposer last month after mine died. Fast and courteous. I would use them again.

I have used this company several times and they are always on time and they do quality work. I will keep using them whenever I need help with electrical stuff or smoke detectors.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. New to Texas and the new house had a catastrophic clog backing up. Was so happy to have Mansfield Plumbing answer the phone and promise to solve my issue same day. The tech Tyler that arrived was professional clean and resolved the Plubming blockage fast. This is my go to plumbing for ever as I'm one happy customer.

This company has a fancy Website which makes one think you're gonna received quality service.  And love the owner pictures on all there vehicles, maybe they should roll up the sleeves and get out in the field to ensure quality service and not horrific service as we experienced!
1.  Our Technician was new, so it was difficult to believe that we were getting the best service.  Got it, people gotta get their feet wet. But my recommendation to the company, send a seasoned Tech too OR on maybe just send a seasoned Tech on the 1st encounter.  
Strike 1.
2. Then we receive an estimate from the new Tech with multiple pages of recommendations for their other services we clearly didn't need.  Well, we know this is ALWAYS an immediate RED flag and true indicator as to what type of company you're dealing with.  Slimy.
Strike 2.
3.  Then we call to schedule our Winter inspection on a prepaid annual membership.  I was informed that I canceled the membership after the 1st inspection (thus to prevent them from billing for another annual fee) and therefore wouldn't receive our 2nd inspection.  After challenging the Rep, it was determined that we were still entitled to the winter inspection as no partial refund was issued on the prepaid 2nd inspection.  Uh, duh Ralph.
Strike 3!
