I have had the privilege of working with Luis on multiple projects now. He is a great communicator, and his team also does exceptional work. He has helped me with tasks as simple as paint and as challenging as replacing posts for the covered patio, working with the city on permitting cement work, etc. He has always been fair and always been kind. I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.
