Best Electrical Services in Corpus Christi TX
My husband and I paid over ten thousand dollars for an HVAC system that does NOT work. Shawn and his crew seemed like really wonderful people -- but they did not finish installing our HVAC system and this caused many issues, resulting in the system to completely stop working. With this South Texas heat, the home gets up to 90 degrees. We are depending on one window unit to get us by.
Shawn and the SLG team no-call/no-showed three times. They stopped answering our phone calls. Since they had missed 3 appointments and stopped answering, we had to call another company to get an idea of what was wrong, causing us to spend even MORE money to fix this non-working unit. I sent Shawn/SLG an email with a list of the issues, still nothing. I used my work cell (which I had never used before) to call Shawn, and he magically answered right away. He promised to get all of the issues from the email fixed the next day (7/16/20). Someone did come out (named Chris), but he had no idea what I was talking about when I showed him the list of issues that were wrong with the unit. He said Shawn had told him to just get it running.
We feel like we were completely taken advantage of. Please, please, please do not support this business. I went ahead and filed a complaint with the BBB and will pursue local media attention and civil litigation.
