Cruikshank Plumbing has been my go to plumber for the last couple of years. I have an 80 year old six unit that has been in the family for eternity. After this time there have been the usual problems, but also the effects of time catching up. Drainpipes and supply lines after so many years eventually need to be replaced due to rust and corrosion. The latest was the kitchen sink that had a drain pipe that rusted through and got replaced. Soon after that the drain quit running  and I called and got service within hours. After snaking out the drain, which I should have had done the first time I have never seen the drain work as fast as it is now. I recommend them to everyone I know in the service area.

Needed an inspection of some work completed at my house for a home sale. Showed up same day I called and was quick and courteous. Thank you!

We recently moved into a new house and had plumbing issues, with this last one being an emergency so I sent several requests to plumbing companies after hours. I was very grateful to Amanda Plumbing reaching out around 830am to get us scheduled for the next day. I also appreciated the up front pricing costs. When our hot water heater died after the May 2020 flooding, Wheeland Plumbing came out soon after we called to install a new one. Because of Covid-19, the tech wore a mask. He also wore booties and adhered to our request that he go directly to and from the basement and not be near us. This was a stressful time, and we are grateful to Wheeland Plumbing for providing such quick, excellent service to restore our hot water.

Great Customer service from the time the answered the phone until completion. They gave me a call ahead when they were getting close. They had very reasonable prices. I had a faucet installed in my kitchen today 4/13/19 The technician Aaron, was very polite and knowledgeable. They offer a free plumbing analysis, which the technician looked over all exposed plumbing and pointed out a couple of areas of concern; nothing major. He cleaned up after his task was complete. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber

Con artists

Supervisor talks down to customers, considers customers ignorant and has an attitude like you would not believe.  Not interested in customer service at all

You are better off calling a 24 hr repair shop and pay extra because they will rip you off here; at least you will get fast service elsewhere

Stay very far away from this outfit

I made an appointment to have my gas stove connected. The appointment was supposed to be at 10 AM. No body showed up, and I did not receive a phone call informing me that the plumber would be delayed. I called the company at 12 PM, 2 PM, and 3 PM to inquire about when the plumber would show up. Each time the receptionist told me someone would be calling me with an ETA. I never received a call. I called them one last time at 4 PM and the call went straight to VM. Terrible customer service, I highly recommend using another company.

I called them several times to to tell them my faucet was vary loose n moved in n out n left to right. They kept telling me they would call me back and never did. I would NOT recommend them to anyone

don't waste your time. owner shows up unannounce. got him from home warranty company. slow, slow, and slow. Too busy trying to get more work from you instead of fixing the issues. touching stuff around the house. creepy

I found this company to be a waste of $120 and 2/12 hours of personal time from work. Will be calling another company out today. Workers seemed disinterested asked no questions and didn't solve both my issues with my basement floor drains. Was a complete waste of my time and money. Never again!

Tony was awesome. Needed a faucet installed for an investment property and getting the old unit out was mission impossible. He went and got the materials and sawed and sawed until he was able to get the old impossible fixture out and he put the new one in quickly and most importantly correctly. He was pleasant and arrived on time. I wish every vendor was as timely and professional as Tony. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know.

John and Chris were able to eliminate my drain problem in a short amount of time, I had one of the other local companies here first, but they wanted 3x the money to fix the same issue! I'll definitely be using John and the team at Plumbing and Drain Professionals from now on! Thank you for taking care of my plumbing!

Would like to thank this company very much. They came out Today for a service call for my parents, and I was unable to be there during the visit. However, it was not necessary for me to be there as the technician was honest, and did not try to sell my parents anything. He was thorough in assessing the problem and discover it was just the filter they were using causing the problem. He took the time to explain to my parents what the problem was and the appropriate filters to use in the future. Their service fee was more if not better than average. Being a mechanical contractor myself, I am well aware of the fly by night contractors out there taking advantage of people and selling them parts they don't need and overcharging for labor. You never get to hear compliments about great companies out there striving everyday to keep this field of business where should be. It's really great to know there are still honest and reasonable contractors out there. Anyone looking for a HVAC contractor that is fast, reliable, honest, and affordable you can call these guys.
