Best Hot Water Recirculation Pump Repair in Columbus OH

So very thankful for Ohio Water Heaters. Mike was very helpful getting us the best and most affordable option and Brandon was very knowledgeable and fast in installation. They also have financing which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.

I've used Amanda plumbing twice and been very satisfied both times. The service is excellent and price is fair. I'm not a fan of having emergency plumbing work done but these guys make it a little easier to take.

We called to have them replace a sump pump that wasn't working. They had a tech come out to replace it, on May 28.  We thought everything was ok until my husband went downstairs, 2+ weeks ago and recovered our basement flooded from all of the rain we had during that time. Has incurred thousands of dollars due to, and I quote the owner of the business, he installed the wrong pump. the tech come back out, replaced the pump with the appropitiate pump. The techs response was you have too much water!

We are now in week 3 of this nightmare and have learned the damage includes our water heater.

Called on a Sunday when I knew they were closed. Had a return call within 2 hours to schedule my appointment. Early the next week, Sebastian showed up on time, when they said they would, and addressed my issue honestly and efficiently. My problem required more intervention and Martin came the very same day to help take care of it. The price was fair and we were treated very well. These guys are my go-to plumbers from here on out, no question. Honest, efficient, fair and thorough. 100% recommend.

John and Chris were able to eliminate my drain problem in a short amount of time, I had one of the other local companies here first, but they wanted 3x the money to fix the same issue! This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. I first called them trying to get an estimate for work. I was no-called no-showed on several different times for appointments to get estimates. Once I finally did get someone to show up for an estimate, they verbally told me what needed done but I could never get a written estimate. I was rarely called by the company and every time I did call, no one knew what was going on. Out of my frustration with a lack of written estimate, I agreed verbally to have the work done. They no-called no-showed several more times when they were supposed to do the work. I requested to speak to the owner. No call back. This all happened in about a 3 week period. It's very apparent they have no care for their customers and they have no desire for business. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Foust Plumbing & Heating in Plain City does service calls to London runs a proper business.
