Called emergency plumbing services about sewer gases backed up in house and Doug came out to see what the cause was. While we were investigating that issue I pointed out other leaks we had been dealing with. Doug took the time to go over all my concerns with resolutions.

When we got our estimate, we felt it was more than fair and absolutely pleased with it, but it was still a bit more than we had on hand. That's where the front office of EPS came in. They were very understanding and not pushy. When we got funds together scheduling was a breeze.  ESP sent Pete and Kyle out to fix ALL my issues and they did so professionally. We placed an order for our 1500 gallon septic tank to be pumped.  The tech, Jarrod, was excellent!  Fast, friendly, professional.  We talked about the system and he was very good at explaining how it worked.  He answered all my questions.  I know who I'm going to have do the next pumping for sure. The price was reasonable too.

Worst ever. They walked off the job with my money and won't return any calls. Never call these cheats.
