Best Septic System Inspection in Colorado Springs CO

Rocky Mtn Sewer and Drain were excellent! When they arrived they scoped the situation out and got started right away. After working hard to try and remove roots in the main line outside they were able to clear the pipe for a better flow. Inside the house the kitchen sink was also plugged which they had to get another snake to be able to get past the bends and was also able to clear the obstruction in the pipe.They were delegently working to insure we no longer had backup issues. Jesus and his son were very courteous and respectful with the property and customer, was very fare with their price for the time and work performed. I would definitly refere them to anyone for work needing done in this field, and would not hesitate to call upon them when in need. Thanks Rocky Mtn Sewer and Drain

Incredibly quick and honest service!  I have used K&A on several occasions for plumbing and gas line issues, including one emergency on a weekend.  Their work is superior and prices very fair.  Would not hesitate to recommend K&A for any plumbing or gas line needs.

I cannot recommend Mark Clark and ProPowerRooter enough; he actually deserves more than 5 stars! We had a sewage line blockage and he came out on a Sunday night at 9 pm. Because of poor  system design and being an older home, he ended up working all night. He stayed with the problem and kept trying different strategies and finally got the line cleared. I think most professionals would have given up. Again, it was a very poorly designed system and having no yard access to the line that caused it to be such a lengthy job. But he stayed with the job until it was cleared and working well. To say he went above and beyond a usual job, is an understatement! He worked with us on the price since it ended up being such a lengthy job. The price was more than fair! I highly recommend Mark at ProPowerRooter!

Beware! We used Pikes Peak Mechanical for a few jobs through a property manager. Then we moved in ourselves and directly took a bid from them for a door that had been broken by a previous tenant. We explained in detail the importance of a correct bid, since we would be working out part of the cost with the tenant. They gave us a number and we asked to be put on the schedule.
3 weeks later, no word from them. We called and after 2 weeks of begging them to call us back, the owner Aaron emailed us (didn't call) to say that their original bid was wrong and a door replacement would be much more expensive. No apologies were given for 2 weeks of refusing to call us back or for changing their bid. No responsibility was taken for their error.
At this point we had returned the tenant deposit and were obviously frustrated that their bid more than doubled. We emailed back--no response. We called--no response. Apparently Aaron and his company felt no responsibility whatsoever for the corner that they placed us in, and didn't care enough to even discuss it with us.
Their card says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Don't be fooled. They could care less about quality of service or communication.
