Best Plumbing Installation Or Replacement in Cleveland OH

We bought a home March 2022. Toilet and shower in basement backed up w sewage within 2 weeks.  Mr Rooter was very responsive, came by right away.  I think they smelled a fool they wanted to part with her money.  Charged us $1000 to diagnose, said the entire sewer line needed replacement. Did the work. $15,000 later they said we would have no more problems.  Next time it rained the laundry room flooded.  After futzing around for 2 months, and for a total of $40,000 they hadn't fixed it and we gave up.  One toilet still backs up occasionally and now the gutters overflow (tldr, the gutters were part of the original problem but Mr Rooter failed to diagnose this at the outset). We tried negotiating down the cost, Mr Rooter wouldn't budge.  Now we are $40000 poorer and the problem is still there.  Am afraid to call again and complain bc I have completely stopped trusting them to fix the issues and to be reasonable about price.  Buyer beware of Mr Rooter!  I can post photos of the invoices and the backups if anyone asks.

I called H Jack's to have someone come out to diagnose a gas leak in my fireplace. I had bought a new part, installed it myself, but could never figure out why I smelled gas when the unit was turned off.  They came out promptly, with mask & protective gear. The technician opened the bottom panel, briefly looked at it, then asked to go down in the basement.  Once there, he determined that my ENTIRE gas plumbing would all have to be replaced.  I only have 3 gas appliances, yet he write his quote to include an extra run to my laundry room just in case I ever decided to install a gas dryer. Very nice of him to spend MY money.  He never even turned on the fireplace to determine where the leak was. Instead, he handed me a quote for $2,400 to redo  everything that has been working great for years.
Then he acted surprised that I didn't give him the go ahead to do it.  I am a single woman, and he must have thought I would believe anything he said.  WRONG.  This company deserves negative stars.  Shame on you.

This service was top notch. My sink was clogged and a new dishwasher was getting installed.  911 got the job done on a Saturday same day that I called for a reasonable price.   Big thanks
